The property was great, room clean and staff at time of arrival was great. Only disappointment I had was the staff the day before checking in. My wife and I called the night before asking a couple questions about the check in process. One of the questions he could not answer and stated the customer who was standing in front of him was more important than us and our questions. We made that call the night of the 20th, and he stated he worked until 7am that next morning. Again, not sure of the name, but based on that shift it should be pretty easy to figure out. Other than that, the stay was wonderful.

This is my second stay at this hotel and will most likely be my last. On my previous visit I commented on the how bad the shower was, and the fact that nothing was done during my stay to correct the situation. Well, this time had had to change my room three times during a four day stay. The first night I no sooner got to my room when I was informed that I had to move because the room I was given had a maintenance issue regarding the shower. The next room they moved me to had a smoke alarm that decided to start randomly chirping. Since there was no maintenance on duty the decision was to move me again. My third room also had issues. There’s barely any water coming out of the spigot in the tub and the toilet was clogged before it even had a chance to be used. The water pressure was improved, not fixed, by the time I got back to the hotel that day. However, when I went to use the toilet I discovered it was clogged. As there was no maintenance available again, I was handed a plunger! I guess I should have handed them a bill for my plumbing repair…
