Beautifully presented, luxury 4 bedroom Villa with flexible family accommodation arranged over two floors, ideally located on a secure, gated development in Championsgate, close to Disney World and all that Orlando has to offer.

The Villa enjoys communal facilities such as a Beach style pool. kids pool. Movie Theatre and Restaurants at the renowned Resort of Tuscana, Orlando. The property is presented in excellent condition and is well equipped for a family stay including fold away cot, iron, ironing board and modern appliances.

Our fully air-conditioned accommodation consists of:

Comfortable and great location
This property is very well located, near shops, supermarket and some fast food restaurants. Relatively near the Disney parks as well. It’s perfect for families and is very spacious and comfortable. The only thing is the garage door did not work properly and we were not able to put our car in. And some of the furniture was damaged. But besides from that, everything went well and communication was smooth and efficient.

Not worth the money
Champions Gate was an overall okay property but when it comes to being prepared this house is not your best friend. I had ten people staying with me and there were only two bowls ! (After we complained the property manager brought us some). The kitchen lack of utensils and gadgets. The beds had stains on the sheets, the rug and carpet were very dirty and filthy. The furniture is outdated, the dining chairs are loose, mattresses does not have a good base and makes a very squeaky loud noise when you are adjusting in bed. Overall this house definitely needs a good DEEP CLEAN and love! Great location, lovely pool but not worth the money.

The bed in the mater bedroom could be a bit firmer but all went really well.
