Lobby was closed on the day we arrived. A note said to use the night window. We arrived at 7 pm and waited by the night wi dow for 20 minutes. 4 other geoup of customers showed up and waited in line. I was calling the frobt desk to no avail. I called the reservations line and they also kept calling the frobt desk until finally the employee arrived and explained that she was "on a break". No note or anything. We got the key and walked into a very musty smelling room. There were only two towels and we're a party of 4 so went back to the front desk to adk for more towels only to be told that there aren't any spare towels available. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for

These people just threaten people or they throw you out that's all they do they're garbage the police retired are coming out but they come out there this is a drug-induced scumbag hotel with a flamboyant narcissistic manager that will do whatever he wants to do he's uncivilized and if you choose to be around civilized people you might want to go to a different hotel

The whole property reeked of weed. I was staying in a non smoking room, but the moment i entered i was met with a pungent smell of weed. Drove back home the same day because i couldn’t stand the smell and cleanliness after a concert.

Worst hotel experience. Dirt room and roaches.
I arrived around 2am, have to kill 3 roaches before be able to sleep. The room had a strange smell and I found a used dental floss stick on the bathroom floor. In the morning I killed 2 more roaches and saw a lot of small ones around my shoes and backpack. I was late for work and didn't check out in the morning. After my shift I went back and asked for a check out, I stayed only one night of 3 I booked. They said I was not eligible to refund because was close to 7pm. I left because I refuse to stay one more night in that room.

I paid 348$ for 5 nights only stayed 1 night i was told i would be refunded for the days i didnt stay and they never refunded me. Staff is very unprofessional and made exuses about my refund they lied and said they never received payment and that they never seen me or my family when i stayed 2 weeks prior to this issue. They rob people of their money and over charge. They lie amd make excuses to take your money and dont refund you. Staff very disrespectful. The keys to the rooms often stop working i went to get the key rescanned to get in the room where my belongings were told me they cant do it because i wasnt. Aregistered traveler but took my payment and id then said i never registered even tho iwas staying there already . Cops in and out of there due to staff robbing travelers and drug activity.
