Enjoy swimming at any time of day or night at your own pool, and soak in the spillover spa to rest your muscles after a long day exploring the Orlando theme parks. On the initial level, there are two bedrooms - a King room and another featuring two Queen beds. Ascend to the upper level, where you'll discover a King suite with an ensuite bathroom, a Queen room, and two creatively designed children's bedrooms. The younger ones have the option to select from two distinct rooms, whether they wish to embark on adventures with their favorite superheroes or immerse themselves in the enchanting work of Beauty and the Beast in their very own castle. • The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.

• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays

• Bookings made inside of 60 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
