Horrible
It was a terrible there was roaches everywhere check in was horrible they canceled my booking without notice. The room was in horrible condition the restroom door did not close and our room was not secured. The main room door had a broken latch and the wall were stained the lights in the room didn’t work the bulbs were out and the lamps were filthy dirty. The room was nothing like I expected based on the online website. Other than being in a great area this hotel is terrible don’t stay here

Horrible staying. Property conditions very poor, old and lack of brand signage. Room stink a cigarette and poor furnitures. Lack of service and attention to the customer from the front desk personnel. One of the room, they had to be change due to very dirty room. The bathroom partially broken. Awful. We showed to the personnel photos of that. Not recommended.

Older property in very good location, needs a little trnovation, but my room was clean, staff was nice, and stay was pleasant. Pool looked inviting although i didn't have chance to use.

Everything is rusty and deteriorating, the smell in the room is horrible, wall and ceiling painting is coming out, the tub is disgusting, i think they need a inspection and for sure they will be closed

ROACHES EVERYWHERE!!! holes in walls, torn furniture, bad smell, etc. DO NOTTT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. this place is literally infested and on google it says it’s permanently closed. what’s going on here?? how these people are running is beyond me. reporting to the health department immediately. this is about the location on jamaican ct.

It is full of cockroaches, you have to sleep with the light on, otherwise everything is full of cockroaches, small and medium-sized, rusty doors, everything is deteriorated and old. Cop everyday in parking

The room was very nasty. The bed frame was basically unattached from the bed and was becoming a nuisance when walking to the bathroom at night, then the bathroom was not cleaned properly. It has a nasty dark ring around the tub and the vent in the bathroom was rusting so much that it had started to peel off and onto the complimentary towels it was annoying tbh. Then the bed felt moist weirdly enough. Overall it was a uncomfortable stay

Pulling up there was 8 Orange County Sherriff’s officers out front. Upon entering the property I asked if this was a common occurrence which they said no, and that they were trespassing an individual. Ok I thought. After entering our room it was disgusting and full of roaches. They moved us to a “preferred room” which had no signs of roaches but two made an appearance. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I think they need to have regular pest service for inside and out and hire a better handyman.
