Worst place ever
In my whole life this by far is the worst place I've ever stayed in. Dust everywhere, mold in the bathroom, the lamp next to the bed was corroded, the bed could not make any more noise. The smell to weed was constantly coming through the a/c unit. Tv didn't had remote control. Bathroom floor was wet. I booked 2 rooms and were in same shape. Did check in at 10pm and by 2 am couldn't stand it anymore and left.

"A Nightmare Stay – Health Hazard Alert!"
Staying at the Orlando Inn was hands-down the worst experience I’ve ever had at any hotel. The condition of the property is beyond unacceptable—it’s an absolute disaster. The floors were waxy and wet, making it dangerous to even walk without slipping. The entire place reeked of a horrible odor that was impossible to ignore. The bathroom was a NIGHTMARE. It was disgustingly dirty, rusty, and there wasn’t even enough space to move around comfortably. To make matters worse, the bathroom door didn’t close properly. The room itself was horrendous. The beds were filthy, with trash left on them and disgusting sweat stains that made it clear the linens hadn’t been cleaned. Random stains and peeling paint covered the walls, and bugs, including mosquitoes, were hiding everywhere. The windows were dirty, and the roof was chipped and covered in water stains, as if no maintenance had been done in years. The "amenities" were laughable. The TV didn’t have a remote, and when I asked for one, the staff simply said they didn’t have any. To top it all off, the lamp was broken, and rust was visible all over the property. It felt like the place had been abandoned for years. The false advertising for this property is outrageous. Nothing about this place resembles the photos or descriptions—it’s a complete scam. Do yourself a favor and never, ever stay at the Orlando Inn. It’s a health hazard, a safety risk, and an all-around miserable experience. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The staff at this location was pleasant and the location is great. However, the facility was run down and in serious need of some TLC. Aside from the odd, musty, chemically smell that permeated the lobby and hotel room, the room itself was rundown and rough. It also came with a handful of cockroaches that had to be dealt with each evening. For the price I was not expecting the Hilton, but this was below even my modest expectations.

I didn't stay. I ended up going to another hotel. Rusty light fixtures and air vents, moldy hair dryer, faceplates missing from light switches. Was in room 10 minutes before deciding to leave for another hotel.

The place needs to be condemned! I couldn't shower, the bathroom was infested with cockroaches. Half the lighting in the room worked, the heating didn't work, so many things were broken, filthy and down right disgusting.

Unhealthy and unsanitary
This hotel should be condemned. It has several health and safety concerns, including black mold and crumbling walls and baseboards. I was afraid my family would get tetanus or some kind of respiratory issues. The two front desk clerks that I dealt with were very nice and professional. That is the only positive thing that I could say about this hotel. I had to cut my trip short because of the conditions of this hotel.

It was a terrible there was roaches everywhere check in was horrible they canceled my booking without notice. The room was in horrible condition the restroom door did not close and our room was not secured. The main room door had a broken latch and the wall were stained the lights in the room didn’t work the bulbs were out and the lamps were filthy dirty. The room was nothing like I expected based on the online website. Other than being in a great area this hotel is terrible don’t stay here

Horrible staying. Property conditions very poor, old and lack of brand signage. Room stink a cigarette and poor furnitures. Lack of service and attention to the customer from the front desk personnel. One of the room, they had to be change due to very dirty room. The bathroom partially broken. Awful. We showed to the personnel photos of that. Not recommended.
