The rooms are very dirty, we came in for a convention and booked here for the price. Definitely NOT WORTH IT. The first day we arreved at midnight and went directly to bed, in the morning we found roaches everywhere. I went to the front desk asking for a room change thiking this was just this one. We left to the convention center and wen we came back, same thing in the other room they gave me. We went to sleep and in the morning Roaches all over again. DO NOT BOOK!!!!!!!! The owner will respond to my review with "This is generally not what our guests experience with us" Lies!!!! everybody is giving you the same review. Do something about your place or close it, someone will call the county on you eventually and hopefuly close it for you untill you fix all the issues your place has.

Roach Infested- DO NOT STAT HERE!
Every positive thing you've seen about this hotel is a lie- including the pictures they show on the website. Absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I don't even think it should be open for business, it should be condemned. 3 star rating according to Google. LIES. Checked into our room and saw how dilapidated it was right away. Poorly patched holes in the walls, some rotten holes and crevices they didn't bother to patch. Mold everywhere. Everything was damp. Nothing was cleaned well, filth in all the corners. I don't think the hallway carpet on our floor even knew what a vacuum was. Debris and even dog poop all over. But worst of all was the roaches. Turn the lights off or open food in the room and watch the roaches pour out of the cracks and holes, from behind the mirrors, everywhere. I felt like I was in Joe's Apartment. Went to the desk and asked to switch rooms, nothing available. The clerk gave me a bottle of "bug spray" in a squirt bottle. 'Why stay?' you ask. We were refugees, fleeing for our lives from Hurricane Milton the Destroyer, like half of FL- which has to be the only reason this hotel has ever been filled to capacity. No one who had another option would stay here. We got into a different room the 2nd day of our stay and it was a little newer- or at least had a fresh coat of paint over the mold. It wasn't AS infested with roaches as the previous room, but they were there. Not much need to go into details on the second room. It held no surprises after the 1s

I was in room 242 and did not have a tv. Smelt like mold and toilet bathroom leaking.Roaches were also in the room. Beds were dirty and not well cleaned. My other rooms a/c was not blowing cold at all. Toilet was also leaking in this room. Overall I do not recommend staying in this hotel at all.

DISGUSTING
Disgusting. 45 min to check in during the hurricane. No one ahead of me at 1am. Sounded like they had no rooms available. Booked 4 days prior. King bed. Called supervisor. On speaker he tells employee she cant change room type and to just give us Room 101, let security know and so other mumbo jumbo. Go to room 101 and ITS OCCUPIED! Back to front desk gives us room 228 with 2 doubles(but thought she couldn't change room types according to supervisor?)...DISGUSTING. Back to front desk, now gives us Room 221 with what i originally booked..a KING!! but 90 min ago there wasnt a freaking king to be found according to you?? Room looked a little better UNTIL all the ROACHES came running out! DONT STAY HERE. We found another hotel after pounding the hotels.com app for literally 6 hours before the hurricane hit.

Don’t do it.
The money I sent here for 2 days was definitely not worth it. The rooms need some serious upgrading. It was hard sleeping when you have the door slamming at all times of the night. The hotel gave me the impression of a crackhead/drug dealer hotel. You had a security guard talking to tenants that seem to live there instead of doing her job. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. There is roaches crawling on the walls and inside the rooms.

Our rooms were not clean, the bed sheets were rumpled. The tv remote had no batteries in it, the lamps were broken, the doors would not close all the way. Didn’t even stay the night. The lady at the desk was super nice. She was great. I felt bad complaining but didn’t feel like I could stay there and I had children with me.

This hotel is trash. Once I pulled up there was a guy walking around looking suspicious. The front desk guy was mute thru out check-in and check-out because when I went to the room, they gave me it was a hot mess. As soon as you walk in the room was falling apart. The sheets were dirty, you could smell cigarettes and lastly the bathroom was DIRTY. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE. If I could give thumbs down I certainly would.

Red roof plus roaches! Beware infestation
This was the worst hotel stay of my life! The plus on this red room must mean plus roaches because I have stayed in red room before and I have never seen an infestation like this. There were roaches everywhere!!! So bad that not even my dog wanted to sleep on the floor. I couldn’t leave that night because I arrived to Orlando in the middle of the night but I checked out the next morning at 7am. I had booked a 3 night stay. I’m still waiting on the refund. Do not go by the picture on the sight or website they are ALL Deceiving the hotel looks NOTHING like the pictures. I’m surprised this hotel is still open and it on the main Orlando strip. International drive. Super super disappointed!!
