Definitely due for renos. Rooms are a bit worn out, seemed cleaned, fridge had someone elses food in it. Ac had a bit of a smell. Nice and close to universal. I wouldnt expect to walk to universal though. Decent food near by. Bit of a pain being in a separte building having to use the card to get in ans out of the lobby. Vending machines didnt work. Although got taken care of in the lobby. Parking is a little far away as the main parking area fills up fast. Staff were really respectful and helpful.

We really enjoy staying at Ramada as it is very convenient and close to all the things we like. It was very packed, so breakfast time was almost impossible. Out of 8 days we only ate 3. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We love the room view and got to enjoy new years fireworks.

Horribel experience!! No customer service! Breakfast line is insane, no variety, they do not refill items!! Had to change room due to issues with wifi, issue continue on the new room. No apologies and the front desk solution was to work at the lobby! Check out time the lady did not even speak a word!! Will never stay there again!

Breakfast in the am was terrible. They ran out of fruit tons of people in line - and the choices left were toast, bagel, donut holes. We ended up eating cereal as it wasn’t worth it. If the hotel is going to have that many guests they need to be better prepared for having an adequate amount of food and making the lines more efficient

Places is very nice. Just the room was a little small . But it have a great breakfast buffet and a nice lobby area. Pool is nice as well. You have so many choice for shopping and dinning around the hotel.

The complementary breakfast is not good at all -C, the carpets in the room are very worn and smell a bit a humidity, the shower faucet did not even work properly, the view was spectacular and I liked that it can sleep 6 people with separate doors.

To be honest we were expecting a little bit more from this property. It felt more like a glorified motel than a resort. Most of the staff was nice but it didn’t seem like there were many there to help. The breakfast was very subpar and unorganized. It was the main reason we decided to book this place and we were very disappointed. The hot portion of the breakfast was disappointing. All they had was some very rubbery hard boiled eggs and small pancakes. We had to wait forever for the pancakes. Also some of the breakfast ran out before the end time and we were told that that’s all there was. Other places that cost way less have more of a spread. Some of the areas of the hotel were closed to certain guest, which was not explained. I would definitely not stay here again for the price we paid.

It was the worst stay we’ve ever had. Don’t be fooled by the reception area. Rooms dated, dusty and carpets stained. Heater threw off dust which made my kids cough at night. Upgraded to the newer building at our own cost and that heater leaked with wet the carpet. Finally moved to another room which was fine but carpets looked dirty and furniture dusty. Decided to leave early and hotel manager refused to refund the cost for that day. Do not stay here.

This was our second time staying here. First time was perfect, this time we got a room with lots of issues. The water wouldn't drain in the bathtub and our heater wouldn't work. They did send someone up very quickly that fixed the tub and brought us a portable heater, so we were satisfied overall! When we finally had time to watch tv we realized the remote didn't work, but it was the end of our stay so we just didn't worry about it. Overall the staff was very kind and helpful and the place was a clean, comfortable place to stay for our 4 day trip. Extra points for the hot tub and heated pool!
