After cruise down day
Our stay was perfect, we needed a crash day after our cruise. This hotel had everything we needed. Restaurant was nice, and the airport shuttle a blessing.

The pictures of this property are hi lighted to look clean and new. Which it is not. The staff was rude to me and my 7th month pregnant wife. They responded with attitudes like they did not want to be there. The microwave in the room did not work. We advised them and they did not resolve our problem. They said the only option was to change rooms or bring our food to them to microwave. On our last day we brought our food to microwave and the employee left it on the microwave and clocked out for the day. Do not recommend to stay. Poor service overall.

Marriott brand promise on key wallet - your key to an extraordinary stay - it’s so not the case - sadly it seems the hotel brands in their effort to extract more profit for themselves and owners have created standard procedures that has everyone from shuttle to room attendant on auto pilot - it’s a real shame - some of the brand used to represent hospitality and service

Hotel is in need of a refurbish. Traveled and stayed overnight with family before a cruise. 4 of the 4 rooms we occupied had a really weird, old nasty smell coupled with what smelled like urine. I believe this could have been the carpet and possibly the old furniture. The odor was so strong that it made me uncomfortable and made the stay uncomfortable. I wiped everything down with lysol wipes, including the headboard of the bed. We refused to sit on the outdated sofa. I did mention this to the front desk, who asked if they could send housekeeping, but I didnt feel it would help at all. You could tell by the amount of air fragrance used in lobby and hallways that this property is in need of a complete refurbish!

Dirty sheets, too expensive for the service and offerings. Paying for parking $20.00 when I have to park myself on the other side of the building, does not make sense. Paying $5.00 for a bottle of water? Sheets stained, 3 towels for a double queen bed?
