Front desk staff are preety helpful especially Jariah who made our stay great and was very helpful. One thing we weren't not happy about was the shuttle service, shuttle will pick up but it consists of 3 hotels in 1 bus. So when they pick up it will be a lot of people waiting and and is no system or line so anyone can just ride it even when they just arrived and the one who was there first will not be able to ride the shuttle. The driver was kinda frustrated too when he picked up passenger since it was a lot. We ended up getting a lyft since we've been waiting for the shuttle to arriv for 45 minutes then have to wait for another maybe an hour just to get a ride.

We have stayed at Springhill hotels prior and they were really nice. This one unfortunately was not. Felt very dirty there was grit on floor and stains on the furniture in room. The reviews and ratings are why we booked and it was not like the reviews/ratings at all. The hallways smelled of weed and the room had a weird smell. The curtains were falling off at the top. We were unable to find parking for over 45mins and then after the guy finally allowed us to park in front of the trash cans. Sketchy people coming in and out of resort unsure if it was a safe area or not. The front desk person in morning was friendly while checking out.

Hotel room wasn't very clean. Sofa was very dirty. Bathroom didn't have a sink inside. Hotel lobby had very dirty carpets which smelled really bad. Parking situation was horrible. Barely any parking at any time of the day. You have to drive for hours to find one.

We had a terrible stay beds were very uncomfortable we asked for a room of 5 and ended up with handicap room we found hair on the bathroom and had the worst neighbours they woke us up yelling making so much noise at 6 am. Parking was full we had to wait 30 min for someone to leave. Never again.

It is time to update the property from top to bottom. For example, The furniture was so old and distressed. The clerk who checked us in was interested more on what was happening with the rep next to her than me. She was cold.

This was a terrible experience. We arrived hotel around 10:30pm, there was internet issue so no one could check in. Initially we were told all the hotel could do is to cancel the reservation without additional charge. But as to which hotels still have rooms available or if we want to transfer to another hotel we need to call ourselves. Eventually we were transferred to another hotel after 12am. Stuff is friendly but management should be able to deal with these special situations more professionally not letting customers wait for hours without an ETA when they could check in. I would expect more from Marriott.

I would recommend setting up TEMP CONTROL For the pool. For December visit the pool water was too cold and of no use. May be serve some chai latte along with the vending coffee machines as well :-)

The staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful; complimentary breakfast had plenty of great options and the food was hot and fresh; it was a short walk to convenience stores; my only complaint is the floor cleanliness in the rooms - the soles of our feet were black after walking around the room barefoot for a few minutes (but we're Canadian, we take our shoes off indoors, so maybe a mistake on our part). Keep your shoes on - other than that, no complaints.

We called ahead since we were going to come in after midnight. They said they'd notate our account so they'd hold the room. When we got there, they said the room was not held and the only one available was a one king vs the two twins. The pull out did not have a pillow. There was a stain on the mattress.
