Far more appealing than other conventional basic resort and properties on the market, this stunning and luxurious air-conditioned 6 bedroom, 5 1/2 bathroom vacation home, with private swimming pool and beautifully landscaped garden, is situated on the exclusive Solterra Resort in Davenport, Orlando. Residing in a beautiful gated community, the resort features a large contemporary clubhouse with cabanas, extensive fitness centre, tennis, basket ball and volley ball courts, lagoon style swimming pool with beach entry (ideal for children and adults alike), a waterfall feature, lazy river, water slide and Jacuzzi, plus a children's playground and lawn. This villa is truly stunning, contemporary and luxurious. You will have a wonderful vacation in this lovely home. This beautifully presented two storey property includes contemporary and superior quality furnishings with designer bedding for a wonderful nights sleep after a busy day at the theme parks. The whole villa has been designed with comfort and style in mind for the discerning traveller. The open-plan aspect downstairs includes a large dining room, kitchen with breakfast bar and family room leading onto the private pool area. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and contains everything you will need during your stay. There are 2 large master bedrooms, each with king beds and large en-suite bathrooms, including twin basins, a bath tub and walk in shower facilities, plus 4 other bedrooms, each with bathroom facilities. Additional features of this stunning property include a large TV/movie room & work area and a fabulous games room, including an 8ft slate pool table, air hockey and foosball table, a dart board and table & bar stools. This is a large 28×14 ft private pool, also including a jacuzzi spa, with a screened pool deck, lanai area, modern patio furniture and sun loungers, can be heated in the winter months. The pool overlooks a quiet a conservation area, so it is extremely quiet and peaceful and not at all overlooked. In addition to this home easily accommodating up to 12 adults plus one baby, for families with young children we have provided two baby high chairs, travel cot/crib and stroller/pushchair. Linens and towels are also included. Complimentary WIFI included.
Additional details: The property is accessible via an electronic key less entry system, so there is no need to worry about collecting keys before/upon arrival. We ensure all our guests have all the necessary information on how to access the property prior to your departure. We also have a management company looking after our property, situated close by in Davenport, who can assist you should you have any queries after you arrive. We aim to provide a high level of service to ensure your holiday is stress free and everything you dreamed of. Location: The villa and resort is extremely quiet and peaceful, yet it is located a very short drive away from the Interstate I-4, which means it has very easy access to Disney and other major theme parks, from 15 to 20 minutes drive away.

Lovely house with a fantastic location

We stayed for 8 days. The house is very clean and spacious. The location is fantastic for Disneyland, Universal etc and the street is nice and quiet. The air con was a god send as we were in 100 degree heat on some days and the house was always wonderfully cool and refreshing. The beds were all extremely comfortable and my husband in particular is always fussy about the comfort of the bed. Kitchen has literally everything you could need- all thought out! Thank you for such a great stay! Save your time-d on't hesitate to book- you needn't look any further.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely and clean. Perfect for our son’s bday vacation. If you will be having multiple drivers, be aware that only two cars fit in the driveway and street parking is on a first come first serve basis, so if the neighborhood is full, you will have to park outside of the neighborhood and carpool. That was a bit of an issue for us. Other than that though, we loved it and would definitely stay again.

Ever nice. A few suggestions: front upstairs bedroom mattress should be replaced, pool was dirty (we didn’t use it), supplies ie: tollet paper, towels, spices were skimpy. Over all, enjoyed the stay. ps: The checkout instructions should be left in the house. Have a Great Day!

Simply Wonderful

This home was more than we dreamed it would be. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. There wasn't a day where the kids (and adults) didn’t enjoy the pool and spa. The water park was just enough, and we enjoyed that as well. The owner of this property was responsive and very good to work with during this process. Her home is one that will not be forgotten and the memories will last forever! Extended Family Dream Vacation (Almost)

Beautiful home that was perfect for our family’s needs. The pool area and game room provided entertainment for everyone. Tip: Run hot tub regularly even when not in use to help the pool be warmer. The rooms provided ample space for people to interact as much or little as they wanted. Equipment and safety guards our infant grand daughter were appreciated. Well furnished kitchen. Bathroom cleanliness was a concern and we had to clean the mold rings that were above water level and mold strips up the back of the toilet bowl ourselves. Another concern was foil improperly placed in a gas oven. Foil was placed corner to corner and side to side making gas build up in the oven that made a strong gas smell in the house. We replaced it to not cover the heat and gas slits on the sides. Ice/water dispensers opening had mold up in the top and under the water catcher front ledge.

Family vacation

We had spent 7 days at this beautiful home with family. We spent most of our time just enjoying the pool and games area, and relaxing. Everything you need is in this home, We had done Disney the week before, so this week was all about rest and what a great place. Our grandchildren especially enjoyed the pool & playing pool. This was our second visit to this home, and would certainly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Well appointed property

Very nice place. The pool was fantastic. Plenty large enough for our group of 8 adults and 4 children. Having the pool table, foosball and air hockey in the garage was bonus entertainment during our stay. Would stay at this property again.

Great family vacation house

The house was clean, in great condition, and the property manager was very friendly and responsive. The kids loved the pool, game room and the clubhouse. It took about 45 minutes to get to theme parks with traffic. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!

Great home! Perfect for Disney!

My family stayed in this home while my daughter attended a soccer tournament at ESPN Wide World of Sports. The home was beautiful and spacious. The pool and game room were great amenities. Beds were comfortable and appliances were all modern. One thing to note: if you are cooking you will need to provide your own oils and spices. We could have used one larger pot for spaghetti but that was a minor inconvenience. All around a great stay! One other thing that was impressive. My teenage son left his wallet in his room and the host went out of her way to make sure it was returned right away. We were so appreciative!

You want to stay here!

Our family of 8 stayed at this beautiful home for 10 days in November & we could not be more pleased. We have stayed at many vacation rentals over the years but this is by far our favourite. The house is exactly as it appears in the pictures & everything you could possibly need is here. The games room was a major plus & was enjoyed tremendously daily. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to have a worry free, great place to stay. The amenities on the resort are wonderful as well. We wish we could have had a few extra days just to enjoy the Lazy River & Waterslide more.

Absolutely incredible house with fabulous owner.

Wow what can we say about this place. Loved it! We have stayed at different properties in the area and this house far exceeds others. The photos do not do it justice, it is spotless, lots of space, beautiful interior and excellent outdoor space. The kitchen is so well equipped you never have to eat out if you dont want to. Could barely get the kids to leave the games room and pool to do our planned holiday activities. We used the pool onsite once and had a go in the lazy river which was good, but preferred our own pool. The bedrooms were great for what we needed and plenty of space for storage. Communication with Pam both before during and after our holiday has been superb, so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and come again, it is clear this is a well cared for and loved family home, not just "another rented villa". Thanks so much for letting us use your lovely house.

Loved this house only problem was two smoke detectors malfunctioned. Called Alex 3 times.

Twice Alex sent a lady over to fix the two smoke detectors but she wasn't tall enough. Both need to be replaced. Otherwise we loved the house and would re-book.

Wonderful vacation getaway!

We had 8 of us in this home for the week and it was absolutely wonderful! As advertised in the listing. The pool was one of the cleanest we have had over our many years of renting vacation homes in Florida. Pam was very easy to deal with and very responsive. We would most definately rent this property again!

Location great, neighbors party HARD!

The property is very nice and is decorated well. We are happy we picked this house over others in the neighborhood because of the larger pool, proximity to the neighborhood entrance, large kitchen, the super decor in each bedroom, the great game room, the large outdoor dining table, the backyard that opens to the preserve and the price for the stay. Love to entrance lock rather than keys. Super easy. In fairness, we thought we were renting and dealing with a family for that personal host experience. The property was managed by a large management agency. Ok. Fine. There were a few maintenance issues I could have skipped on vacation. The dryer was broken so we could not dry our towels each day after the pool without running them for literally 5 cycles. It also meant the property was not ready on time when we arrived. We were nice and understanding and they promised to fix the dryer…never did. The WiFi password was wrong in the book, the letter, and internet kept going out so we needed a repairman to come. This was nice to have the 800# to call but the disconnect between the host in the letter we received and mgmt service had us frustrated for hours putting in the wrong password and device name. Took 2 days to resolve. Also, 2 toilets had problems that should have been noticed by the housekeeping. The service also nickeled/dined us on supplies meaning we had to go out to get items that at other places were standard. Lastly, just so you know, the letter informs you the neighborhood is exclusively vacation rentals. What this really means is the neighbors on every side were loud. The houses seem to be 6 bedrooms+ so lots of adults and lots of kids and you are close. There was even a massive party with mega speakers across the preserve (1/4-1/2 mile away) for 4 hours. No one will intervene. All the neighbors (also partying) were complaining out loud yelling toward it. We wish it were more peaceful but just adjusted to what the reality was and went inside when we wanted peace and quiet. All-in-all, we loved the house and bedroom decor. The size and price were good for Disney. If you want the personal host experience, this is not it. This is a managed property - no shame in that. You can be loud at the pool. Everyone else is! Have fun and enjoy Disney.

Great trip!

Great trips start with a great place to stay and this home was just perfect for us. The home was well equipped with everything we needed and having 2 cribs and the game room was perfect. We all had our own rooms and baths and the boys enjoyed the bunk bed! The location is convenient to everything; the parks, restaurants, stores.
