Need to be more clean
When we got there the cleaning lady was seating on the sofa on the phone and told us that she was not done , she finished on the phone and left the bathroom super dirty, no shampoo or conditioner, I was there for 3 nights and the beds were never made or did not receive clean towels I go to the groove every year and this year I was impressed about how dirty the apartment .. but the apartment it’s very cute and comfortable , they just need to work on the cleaning
They charged cleaning service and room service and they didn’t provided, we stay 2 nights and the housekeeping never enter the room to change the beds, change the garbage, or the towels, they didn’t refill the coffee, the champoo, conditioner and shower get dispenser was empty, we were 8 and towels were incomplete and now they want to charge me for missing towels, we told the people at the lobby but we were leaving next day so they didn’t do anything, me and my husband had to used the childrens wet towels because there weren’t enough.
Family friendly! loved the space available in our 3 bedroom suite. Clean pools and waterpark. Very hard to get chairs at pool or waterpark. Checkin was tough, booked through expedia but was through a vacation rental site. took the person a ehile to find my reservation. Cant wait to go back.
The stay overall was good. Check in is scheduled for 4pm we got there about 8pm and we were stalled because our room wasnt ready. Of course when asked what the problem was no one wanter to answer us. The poor girl that was checking us in was so nervous. I felt bad for her. Other than that the accommodations were ok. Clean and spacious, nothing extraordinary. Check out was confusing, the app wasnt working right and we did a rapid check out which consists of leaving your keys in a bucket at the reservation desk. We still havent received an email letting us know if that went ok but we were out by 10am. My kids enjoyed it so thats all I can ask for.
