Would never stay at this property again. Problems from the beginning with my key card then broken microwave that took 24 hours to even be looked at. Called the property 15 times due to not sure what shuttle I needed to take at 10:30 pm and no one answered but upon arrival 2 staffers where there just talking!! The tv on night 2 stopped working and the hall smelled of dirty wet dog. The front desk staff apologized profusely but no refund or compensation was given. Really surprised as this is a Marriott hotel.

We booked a specific room with a full kitchen for my daughter with food allergies. When we arrived they gave us a room that did not have an oven which it was supposed to have. I went down and talked to someone and they told me I was wrong and it had an oven and sent someone to “show” me where it was at. Upon entering the room they said yeah this room doesn’t have an oven. After speaking to more people they offered to comp us one night but that didn’t fix our needs. We needed up leaving and staying somewhere else.

We had to pay $25/day to park. I've never had to pay to park at a hotel. The HVAC in our room did not work well. It would switch between A/C and heat. The TV was small and the remote didn't work very well. Given the name of the hotel, we expected a suite. It was just a regular room.

El hotel está muy mal mantenido. No nos han limpiado la habitación. No teníamos toallas limpias y tuve que esperar más de 1 hora y 3 llamadas para que nos trajeran toallas limpias. Le falta muchísimo mantenimiento. Me he hospedado antes aquí y ha decaído mucho. No regresaré.
