The sheets smelled terrible, there was people playing music from each side of us at 2:30 in the morning. We stayed for 2 nights and the towels were not switched after we had asked. Over all the rooms and hotel it’s self is nice there are something’s they can work on.

Pros: Location, Kitchenette, complimentary breakfast, 24 hour coffee service, friendly staff,amazing concierge team, special shout out to Donna Amedeo who went above and beyond for us in booking our Disney park visits. Thank you! Cons: Paid parking (pricey), limited options for vegetarians at breakfast (no warm food options except for oats... they could have included sauteed vegetables, potatoes, baked beans without pork etc.), fewer luggage carts that were difficult to locate when we were running late in the morning... maybe a tag pick up system could be put in place as not everyone is courteous to return the carts after use), breakfast time was 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., maybe consider extending to 10:30 a.m. for those with younger kids that don't wake up that early? Overall - a great place to stay with family. We had a comfortable stay. Thanks to the entire team.

Expected to be able to sleep peacefully after a busy day at the theme parks, but ended up not sleeping at all coz of a late night party within the property premises. When asked if there are no limits till when those parties could go on I was told it’ll be till 11PM but that party went on till about 1AM unchecked by the property managers. It’s extremely disappointing that they allow late night parties in places where people come to rest and unbelievable when the property managers allow those events to go on for so long.

Good location and very responsive staffs.It would be better if the hotel can give at least 1 complimentary water bottle for the room as the water in the hotel market is 4 bugs minimum. There is no fan inside the washroom. Parking charge for a night is costly (26 bugs per night)

From the photos online the hotel appears modern but once you're in the rooms the quality of the mattresses, sheets and towels are very old and worn down. The A/C unit in our suite made a loud noise as well as the fridge the entire night. And most importantly, as we were gathering our things to leave and checking the bed to make sure nothing was left behind we found multiple blood stains. It was disgusting.
