Front desk Jesus and Dylan were very personable. At the flamingo restaurant, Casey was very welcoming, friendly, inviting and a great personality.. The room on the other hand was not set up with convenience of functionality in order to use the bathroom light you would have to turn on the vanity light, which intern would wake up the person sleep near it. The TV set up you would think would be when you prop up from your bed. It would be directly in front of you and said it’s on the side of you, so either you sleep On your side to watch TV which not most of us are sides sleepers. The breakfast in the morning first night was great and then all of a sudden things changed the set up is lacking for convenience and efficiency.

Free breakfast buffet really helps out with reducing your food costs at the Disney World parks. Just an all around good stay that's within 10 to 15 minutes from the parks by car/bus/Lyft.

We chose the hotel for its great location, as only 10 minutes drive from the Disney Parks! It was clean & comfortable with friendly, helpful staff! I’d emailed to ask for a room with disability access but we were allocated a room as afar away from the lift as could be and had a bath, not walk in shower! Still, the room itself was well equipped with a kitchen area too! The only thing lacking was a safe! Beds were comfortable and we used the sofa bed which also was fine! We didn’t use housekeeping but clean towels could be picked up from reception! The included breakfast was ok & there were some hot items such as scrambled eggs, sausage & turkey bacon! We made use of the pool on a couple of occasions which was good after a long day at the parks. All in all, the hotel was excellent value for money!

We have stayed here in the past, which is the reason why we chose to stay here again. Upon arriving in our room, there was a definite smell of smoke in the room. We also found either fingernail or toenail clippings on the floor in one of the bedrooms. The shower was dirty with something that I am honestly not sure what it was on the shower walls. We were only staying one night and did not get in the room until late, so I did not even bother to notify the front desk.
