Memorial Trip
The property was very nice, comfortable and clean - no real complaints about the Villa - other than not enough towels - so had to wash a few times :-) The location however was a whole other ball game - there is only 1-entrance available to guests - on a raod that backs up. You come off the freeway and pass 2-entrances you need a pass for - but you don't get one! Took 25-mins to go 1/4 mile on occasions. Don't take kids!!!!! OK it was Memorial weekend - but many house were rented out to large groups of Adults for Parties!! It was very very noisy through to the early hours - even 5am!!!!!! Policy is no noise after 10pm - certainly wasn't true!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE LOCATION TO FAMILIES TAKING KIDS!!!! MANAGED ABOUT 2-HOURS OF SLEEP EACH NIGHT. NO NUMBER TO CALL - WAS PLANNING 2-WEEKS IN LATER SUMMER - WOULD TAKE THE VILLA AGAIN, BUT NOT IN THAT LOCATION AND NOT THE RESTRICTED ACCESS

Nice home, but needs some attention.
The home itself was beautiful and the pool/media and game rooms were great! We did feel that the home could have been cleaned better and needs some maintenance. There was dried food on the walls around the trash cans and the walls could use a wipe down all around (especially around the barstool area), fridge drawers dirty and many broken, the garage game room floor was really dirty, and odd stains on the underneath bedding (not realized until check-out). When we arrived one of the beds had a wet spot soaked all the way through to the mattress pad which we thought was odd (wet cleaning rag maybe?). The master bedroom was missing some of the vertical blinds and we had to clip the curtains together for privacy since this room is right off the pool. One of the upstairs toilets had clogging issues. The sink garbage disposal was clogged with what appeared to be hair that had been cut, the carpets need to be cleaned and the stairs didn't look to be vacuumed at all. We also had to call three times and wait 3 days to get enough pool towels for our entire party. Our reservation was for 12 and we were given 6 towels. Overall, we had a nice stay and would recommend this home, but with a new cleaning/maintenance crew especially for the fee charged.
