Would like a partial refund - No Elevator or Water 2 of 7 days
Great View. Large interior (mostly) clean, but:No electric for elevator first two daysRan out of water on 3rd and 6th day. (only me on first day, and couple added on 2nd day and out of water the 3rd day!!Guests could not shower or do laundry prior to flying out!Suspect that HOA is not paying electric bill on time and going short on water...Filthy steps and front porch (dirt from local construction) estimate it has not ever been pressure cleaned since it's own construction....The buildings/some units, and common grounds not completed by builder.Small kitchen for size of unit - No dishwasherMissing shelves in the freezerShort on utensilsGiant tub & shower in master - but don't fill any of the tubs or you will not be able to shower the next day. - Only one tub on one day was ever filled by any of the guests and still ran out of water. Cabo has water delivery (and shortage) so pretty dumb to build units with three jacuzzi tubs in it....

Conveniently located for FCC National Cheer Competition:)
This property was an awesome place to stay!! We came for my daughter’s National Cheer Competition which took place at Rosen Shingle Creek across the street from Vista Cay. In addition to us quickly driving, we were also able to walk back and forth to Rosen Shingle with ease. (13-15 minute walk) We were also perfectly located right near a shopping center which had Publix and several dine in and carry out places to eat which were delicious! The communication with the Owner/Manager was swift and they were very pleasant and made sure all of our needs were met! We will definitely be staying here again!!

It was a beautiful place to stay. I wish it would have been a little cleaner, a lot of hair on the floors. Could have used some more towels and washcloths, also. But for the most it was very nice and was comfortable. Hopefully we'll be able to revisit it when we have more time. We made a quick trip from Ohio for a loved one's funeral.

Great condo close to convention center
We chose this condo due to its close location to the convention center. Very nice area with a Publix and restaurants. Condo was very clean and well maintained. Loved the pool, hot tub, and splash pad. We will definitely be back!

The bedrooms were perfect for our stay. Good location. I will say just no silverware anywhere. We had a hard time finding utensils in the house. Otherwise great access and nice area for adventuring! Also just some wifi issues.

Great location, good value for price
Overall it was a great stay although owner didn't send us travel packet until I frantically requested it the day we were flying out. I let him know it would've been more practical to send it out a few days prior to the trip. We also had an incident with the hot water not working in one of the showers, but he had a service out to fix it relatively promptly. Proximity to convention center was great and walking distance to a grocery store and some restaurants/shops was a bonus.
