Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. A nice oasis close to town

This house is clean and roomier than it would appear. We enjoyed the proximity to town and the bike trail, as well as to Nauset and Rock Harbor. We would stay here again.

Home is nice but lacking necessities

The home itself is lovely and was very clean upon our arrival. However, the management company leaves much to be desired. There was no hand soap at any of the sinks so we had to haul the shower bar soaps back and forth. There was only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and not even a quarter of a roll of paper towels in the kitchen. There were only two dish pellets and two trash bags for a four night stay with six people and a near empty bottle of laundry soap which made it hard to wash beach towels. It definitely felt like they were trying to cut corners to save money. There were also only two beach chairs (no umbrella) for a beach house that sleeps six. We left a boogie board that we purchased for future guests to use. Overall, Orleans is wonderful and this is a cute and centrally located house, but I think it could do much better with a new management company. It felt expensive for what we got.

Nice place

Overall we were happy with the house. Outside needs some cleanup on the table and chair set. We would highly recommend putting towel racks in bathrooms as no place to hang more than one towel.

Nice, clean, comfortable, quiet

Spacious, modern and stylish, clean. Has everything a family needs. I really have nothing bad to say. On the contrary, I can only recommend this house and it's owner who did outstanding preparation for our stay.

Cape cod birthday trip

The house was absolutely beautiful! Also in such a wonderful location near my favorite beaches, and right around town!! The check in was so easy and I absolutely loved the stay for my friends and I. I will certainly be booking this property again hopefully!!! Thank you so much!
