Welcome to our AWESOME 2bed/2bath Condo on beautiful Lake of the Ozarks! We're so excited for our new 2021 renovations. New wood floors in the bedrooms, fresh paint throughout, new stainless steel appliances, new leather pull out couch (memory foam awesome mattress!), new rocking leather recliner, (perfect for watching the over 100 dvds!), and tons of new decor. Unit 522 features everything you will need for a great home away from home lake experience. We offer fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, or SMART tvs (so bring your Netflix!), king master suite with full bath and PRIVATE balcony (including new floors and decor!) second bedroom features 2 full size beds and bathroom. NEW pull out couch for extra sleeping room. Large Kitchen table easily seats 6 and AMAZING lake view off of the large 2nd balcony. The Knolls also offers indoor/outdoor pool, indoor hot tub, private swim dock for guests only, private fishing dock, playground, indoor tennis, fitness center, and clubhouse!! Did I mention we have our OWN BOAT LAUNCH? No need to use the state parks. Trailer parking also available! We are located at MM 22...1 mile from RAPID ROBERTS convenient mart, 1 mile from MARGARITAVILLE offering indoor water park and the new LANDSHARK bar and grill, and just a few miles from the outlet mall, Dierbergs, Casey's General Store, and some of the lakes best restaurants!

The perfect lake getaway!

Osage Oasis

Our stay at Knoll's Resort was a very relaxing, comfortable experience. Everything needed is right there. Very easy-sleeping beds in both restrooms. Kitchen is well stocked. Beautiful views!

Terrible communication with owner

This was a complete nightmare. The owner forgot to send our check in information. I had to call her to let her know that I hadn't received anything. When we arrived (my two children and I) to the condo, there was construction going on and the stairs to the 2nd story condo were blocked off. I was very uncomfortable with the construction workers who were all standing outside the bottom of the stairs staring at me. I immediately called the owner. She claims to have no knowledge of the construction. I told her the last thing I wanted on my vacation was to hear construction noise the entire time not to mention my unease of all these men knowing that I'm alone with two small children!! I really just wanted a refund, discount, or to the least, an apology. Instead, what I received (all by text) was rudeness, accusations, and harassments. She claimed I fabricated the entire situation. I did not enter that condo, instead had to get a hotel for our vacation. It's owners like this that can completely make me second guess staying at any VRBO again.

Great Lake view of the cove

Easy renting, just down the road from the indoor water park at margaritaville. Close to restaurants and bars. We always go to Red Head. Macadoodles convenient store a couple miles away with any wine,beer and liquor you’d need. Many places to be at within 5 minutes.

Girls Weekend at the Lake

Everything in this condo was perfect. Extremely well-stocked and comfortable. One minor criticism: we are a group of "young at heart" gals who love to play Rummikub and Phase 10 and were disappointed that the lighting over the dining room table was less than adequate for our needs. The only flaw we encountered!

Place was very spacious and beautiful. We pretty much only slept there as we were gone doing other stuff.. however I plan to go back just with the husband and stay at the condo so we can relax with no kids and enjoy the lake view. We never cooked there but place was also fully stocked had we chose to. Everything a person needs. Great place.

Knolls Condo in July

Condo was amazing, almost a TV and Ceiling fan in every room. Beautifully decorated and well stocked. Property manager thought of everything down to a ceiling fan and candle on the balcony. Water pressure and showers were great!
