Lovely hotel with clean, cozy, comfortable rooms. The staff were very nice and accommodating. We arrived very late at night and realized I had accidentally booked a smoking room. They helped us change to non-smoking as soon as it was available the next day. The hotel had everything we needed including slippers, toiletries, hair dryer, kettle and coffee. I have to mention that the shower was great! - super hot, strong and very relaxing after a long day out and about. We also loved the location in a quieter area with a lot of local businesses, eateries and residences. I loved walking around this neighbourhood. The hotel is just a few steps from a subway stop, which made it super easy to get to places too far to walk to. We could easily walk to Osaka Castle from the hotel and ate at the eateries nearby. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit Osaka.

Much better than the APA i stay in while in Shinjuku. The matress was hard but the room had its own aircon unlike the Shinjuku property. Everything was nice and clean though the room was very intimate so if you're traveling with another be aware space is limited.

Stayed in a single no view room. Also booked last min (it for sure was over priced for the room i got). Place is extra small but ok for the night or 2. Room was dusty. Spa was good. Close to transit. Overall i wouldn't stay here again. Other APA's are better (not all the same).

Very strick about checking in at 3pm - not before. Double room expensive and very small. Breakfast poor - watery eggs - cold food and the breakfast room is small. All the Reception staff - couldn't speak English. NOT GOOD!

The spa was amazing! Didn’t get to utilize it everyday, only on my last day because of my itinerary.. but after 4 days and covering 50 miles, it was nice to wake up and relax in the onsen and dry sauna.

This is a friendly budget hotel if you just need a place to sleep if you are going to be out the entire day. Space is small but it was okay for us because we just needed a place to sleep and didn’t plan to bring too many things. Staff are very friendly — they made the check in and out easy! The hotel is very close to a subway station so it was convenient (literally only one second away). We did however booked a smoking room, without realizing, so the hallways and the room will smell like cigarettes. But that was our fault. So be careful on knowing which room you reserve by reading the descriptions.
