Great location near lots of excitement, great places to eat and transportation. We walked all around the area and had a great time. Lots of great places to taste Kobe beef. Public transportation on the trains is efficient and the price is reasonable. Taxi to the airport (TIX) was expensive at about $160.

An excellent option for a stay in Osaka. The staff were very supportive, the room was a nice size and very clean. Location was great right in the middle of shopping and many restaurants. The breakfast catered to both eastern and western options. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, however, the pictures are a bit misleading as the dark cramped rooms do not meet their alleged 4 star quality. There was construction near the property occurring at nignt, which has been going on for the past 6 months, however, this was not disclosed until after we checked in.

Great location and excellent staff. Room was very tired and decorated in dreary brown which made the room inviting. Excellent breakfast buffet. The big plus of this hotel is its location.

Tourist friendly hotel, good location, taxi stand out front, comfy beds. Breakfast buffet was splendid provided 7:00am opening time works for you. Definitely worth the price. Shopping and food pedestrian street right across the road.

Great properly with large room and a 10 min walk to the train station. The only thing I did not like was the bed as the mattress was very hard to sleep on. But overall I highly recommend staying here because it’s close to everything.

We had a good brief stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, making it easy to relax. There was some humidity after showering, and we had to pick up amenities downstairs, but these were minor issues. The location was excellent, just a minute or two from Dotonbori, which made it convenient for exploring. However, the area was busy and not very clean. Despite that, our room provided a nice place to retreat to. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and we would recommend this hotel.
