Overall the staffs are very respectful though difficult to communicate. Very few staff especially those in the reception area speaks english. Sakai is one of those who understands and speaks english well. She is very helpful together with Kato in handling our problem and request.

I had mistakenly booked a room with only one bed. The hotel staff were very friendly and polite and helped me arrange for a new room with more beds and guided me through the new charges which were very affordable. We had a wonderful stay despite the initial stress. The hotel is very close to Shin-Fukushima station and getting around was easy! The hotel was very clean and quiet after a long day of site seeing. Would highly recommend!

Check in is overly complicated, even for residents of Japan. Hot spring water in the bathroom is a nice touch, especially since no tattoos are allowed in the hotel bath. Nice city views from the big windows. The bed was larger than most in Japan and very comfortable. Parking at the hotel was 3000 yen for one day! You could find cheaper parking at a nearby lot.

Very nice hotel, clean and quiet, friendly staff. Room and bathroom were good size and comfortable. Option in bathtub to use hot spring water which was a nice perk. Close to train station, walkable area with shops and restaurants, area felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Location, location and good service.
Location is excellent, right across of the Osaka loop that connects with subway and rail. Rooms have good size, bottle of water is provided daily. A nice feature is that you get water from the spa to soak in your own room, with spring water filling your bathtub to relax and rest after much walking in Osaka. My only negative point was the breakfast, i purchased a breakfast for the first day and it was overpriced and mediocre. No expresso or cappuccino just a watery very weak brew, and no much variety. My advise is, say no to the breakfast and go around, there are plenty of better choices, including a coffee shop Tully's in the building. Customer service in the hotel is excellent.

There were many convenient dining options nearby! Super walkable area with restaurants to explore. The JR station is right outside the hotel which makes getting around very easy. The hotel itself has a great atmosphere and very professional, helpful staff. It's clean, well maintained, and offers many ammenities. I was very comfortable and happy with my stay.

Convenient location for a few days. Room was dusty on arrival. Four beds in a room built for two ( we needed 3) meant lots of climbing over beds to get around room. 2 beds plus bed settee would have worked.
