Very close to the Osaka Castle and the hotel is nice but some room furniture need update. The train station is within walking distance but there is no shadow on your way to the station so it is quite hard during the hot summer.

Our first night in Osaka and we srrived late around 7pm. Got a nice upgrade to Club Flior and so we had our breakfast on the roof floor. Excellent view faving the Osaka-Jo in both our room and the restaurant. Buffet in morning had a lot of choices. Enjoyed very much!

Clean, excellent service and the food stand out here as in Tokyo. Really great service helpful and respectful staff, the restaurants and food quality are very high. Only thing was fitness access cost per day is high, for such a large hotel this would be better to update for more easy access and use.

night pool was so embarrassing...
Overall it was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Osaka castle wiew room condition was especially good. But whèn we tried to use night pool, we were so embarraessed. There were so many young guys enjoying taking picures instead of swimming. It was not family-friendly swimming pool.Aweful.. We couldn't ènjoy swimming.. I think it would be good to notify about that in advance when we check-in. But daytime pool was good except being too small.

I booked this hotel because of the facility this hotel provides such as a gym, tennis court and pool. However, upon arrival, it was explained that to utilize the tennis courts, you have to be Otani member. To use their gym, you have to be at least 18. It was disappointing that they didn’t specify. With that said, the hotel is clean, staff are overall nice, view is wonderful.
