The hotel is very nice and clean. The room has very good size for two people. My room has excellent city view. The staff is very friendly and super helpful! My sister lost her necklace while showering. The staff tried their best to help her to look for it. Although it was not found but we really appreciate their efforts! The location of the hotel is perfect and close to everything. We love the stay.

I booked through Expedia recommened by friend that it's a great hotel, iand t clearly stated that it's fully refundable that's why I booked the hotel. Due to my traveling dates conflict, I wanted to reschedule the dates for the stay in the hotel but the hotel said it's not refundable and if I want to change the dates then I have to go through the whole booking process again and the previous booking will be cancelled and not refundable. Expedia and this hotel is a scam.

The staff is very respectful and helpful. The hotel is located conveniently in the local train station. Our room was very tight for 3 people. Barely enough room to open the luggage.
