Great for single people or couples without kids.
The room is small (probably average in Japan though). We had a 2-double bed room. There was barely any space to out our luggage so we ended up putting both beds together to make space, otherwise we’d be hopping over our luggages when ever we had to go out or use the bathroom. One thing i hated about our room was that there was some sort of sewage smell coming from that opening by the tub. I smell a little in our other hotels too, but because this room was so small it was terrible everytime we came back into the room. It’s probably the plumbing too cuz you have to take a step a big step up to get to the toilet and bathtub. After we turn on the A/C it’s better. We probably didn’t report this cuz we didn’t want to pack and move I guess. The location is great! It’s literally across the street from Kuromon Market and there were tons of restaurants that open til late just a block away. It’s perfect for young couples or singles without kids as it is very good night life. This location is not kid friendly, not much for kids to do or eat.

The property was in a convenient location, room size adequate however really lacking literally any surface for you to put your things. We traveled around Japan for a month and despite staying in some small hotel rooms this was by far the worst layout. We booked a king room for comfort as it was a longer stay and at the end of our trip however we found the room itself lacking. My partner requested an extra pillow for me at reception and was bluntly told no and that they don’t give out additional pillows. I enquired the next day and another person was happy to offer us an extra.

We stayed here for 4 nights. On the final night we noticed mould inside the air con unit. When reported to the manager and staff at reception, they did not seem at all bothered. One member of staff also laughed when I showed the attached video. They then offered to refund 1 breakfast in compensation, which makes a mockery of the situation. Hopefully this does not impact our health and they remedy this issue before anyone else stays in the room. However given the attitude of the staff, this may not happen.

A Home Away From Home
My wife and I had such an amazing trip and the hotel was like our home away from home. We felt so lucky to have such friendly and helpful staff. The breakfasts in the morning were a wonderful start to the day and we were always met with kindness and hospitality. We are also very grateful for the quality housekeeping and the level of care they put into keeping our living space clean. We loved our stay so much, we did not want to leave towards the end.

The hotel was located to Namba station . It was few blocks away from Dotonbori . The staff were very friendly and helped me regarding transporting my luggage to a different hotel.
