I have never stayed in such a noisy hotel! People banging around at 2am, talking loudly until 4am. I appreciate that this is not the fault of the staff, however I didn’t sleep at all well. There are no signs asking for consideration, nor did anyone try and shut these inconsiderate cretins up. Also the shower was very low on pressure when I tried to get a hint of heat! I expected better from a Ramada hotel.

Hotel is in need of updating and looks quite tired. Very loud motorway noise all night combined with poor double glazing and thin walls made for a very bad nights sleep. Staff were lovely but hotel let's them down.

Excellent value for what you pay. Close to Motorway with parking. Tea/coffee/biscuits were an add on. I woul recommend

Don't be fooled by the name

Horrible experience. The both lifts felt like they were gonna break down any second. The beds and pillows were very very uncomfortable. The toilet flush didn't work and they didn't even fill up the soap dispenser. After raising our concerns to reception, they simple told us that we've got to just deal with it. Also, we requested a room to accommodate 3 ADULTS so we had to upgrade our room. The room stated it would accommodate 4 adults with, 1 double bed and 2 twin beds. The 2 twin beds were just mattresses dumped on the floor so literally no walking space at all. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. It shouldn't even exist! I wouldn't even give it 1 star!!!

Very rude staff Was given an accessible room that was dirty and cold asked for a normal room and they said they can't change it Very poor customer service Joking aside avoid this one
