"Booked and paid for a large room for four nights. When we arrived to the hotel, they said the room is in a different building, two blocks away on the other side of the street. When asked they assured it is the same hotel. Well, it was a totally different hotel, outdated and shabby max 3* level hotel. Unbelievable scam.
Thanks to ebookers, our trip was a succes. Ebookers immediately agganged us a beautiful room in a nearby 5* hotel, with no extra cost.
Zero points to Montcalm, but ten points for ebookers. "
