The staff were very helpful and willing to help. The room felt a little claustrophobic upon entering with a very narrow walkway, although the bed area was fine, but a little small. Bathroom was serviceable, but the tub/shower was very raised up from the floor. The bed itself was very hard, and might as well have been a pile of lumber.

Perfect Hotel for Glasgow Airport
Walked out of terminal, crossed the road to Hotel - so convenient! Fantastic family room for a party of four arriving at 2 in the morning. Reception was friendly & efficient, got us to our room quickly. Breakfast was lovely. Will stay again.

Hotel is falling apart. The amount they charge is due to being next to airport because the quality was about 3-10. The amount of profit they must make they could surely invest in an upgrade.

It’s a Holiday Inn at the airport. Nothing much to say about it other than it is what you would expect - an outdated hotel that is conveniently located across from the airport for long layovers. There was a lot of weird stains on our carpet. The staff, however, were great and helpful!

Definitely stay here for Glasgow airport
the hotel is steps from the glasgow airport terminal. very convenient. the family room option works great for families with teens or young adult children. the check in staff was VERY helpful

Very convenient access to the airport.
Super easy access to the airport- right across the street. My taxi driver had a very difficult time getting in, so I’m not sure if driving a car is quite as easy. Hotel was perfectly acceptable. Nothing outstanding although the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Broken AC
We arrived during heat wave to a broken air conditioner in a room with a window that would not open. We were stifling hot and unable to sleep. We called the front desk and the manager came up to bring us a fan, but said the entire system was down. I found this completely unacceptable and requested a full refund, which was not granted.

The staff was exceptional, and I couldn't fault any of the team. We were warmly greeted by a great receptionist, and the breakfast crew was very friendly and polite. However, the breakfast itself was just average. The room was spacious but quite dated, with old heating and air circulation systems that made me question the quality of the air. Upon entering the room for the first time, we found about 10 clothes moths scattered around. We managed to kill most of them but remained paranoid they might get into our bags. We reported this to the reception the next day. The bathroom was poor. I appreciate that it is an airport hotel and that the prices are reflective of what you get, it just felt shoddy. On a positive note, the hotel's location is perfect, a solid 10/10.
