There is a lovely beach within walking view of the property. The staff were friendly. The hotel was beautifully presented. It was in a quiet location. The entertainment was good.

Excellent hotel and facilities. Bit of a walk (sloping with few steps) to beach and bear in mind one has to pay for the sunbeds/umbrella on the beach.

Hotel was very big lots of walking to do so when you are not told everything at reception you have to walk around to find out things like where to get pool towels and entertainment available as these things are it clear on arrival more info for guests needed.

Great location with direct access to the beautiful Jandia beach. Some parts of the structure are a bit outdated but they are doing a great job in refurbishing and keeping everything extra clean and pristine. The rooms are very new and equipped with everything. The buffet could use some improvement but I am Italian and worked in the hospitality industry ;). The only negative thing was a person at the reception who greeted us with a bad attitude the very first day, but I really hope she was a new hired and still learning the profession.

Excellent, genuine 4 star resort. Outside terrace on top (5) floor overlooking resort and sea. Excellent restaurant on fourth floor - quality food, with daily changes, on a seven day rota. All food hot and fresh. Cava, omelettes, fresh fruit starts off each day to a T. Lots of loungers by pool. Spacious pool, if a little chilly in March! Towels can be changed daily. Nice indoor pool and spa / treatment zone, with gym. Spacious bedrooms with bath, shower and daily toiletries. Comfortable balcony / terrace leading from bedroom. Safety deposit box in room for daily hire. TV with BBC World. Take a look at the family of turtles on floor 1 - so cute! Excellent holiday at a great resort. Would highly recommend

Really enjoyed this adults only hotel. No boom-boom-boom disco music on all day which is a relief. Really good service and relaxed vibe. Food was good. The animations directors, Max and Simona, were very good.

Peaceful and relaxing break
Fantastic hotel and the junior suite was one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in. Couple of minor issues, the beach could probably do with some improved signage around nudism and you have to pay a deposit for towels which is unusual. Other than that, absolutely superb. Very quiet when we went (December) but that suited us perfectly. Food was excellent although I’m not sure why we didn’t get coffee and water replenished in the room. Overall, brilliant stay though

Nice relaxing stay
I didn’t start well when they tried to give us a room without the sea view we had paid for and then we had to wait over 4 hours for a room to be ready, but the hotel was nice, clean and tidy, the staff were generally nice and the food was good. The beach and ability (tide permitting) to walk for miles was lovely. Unfortunately, you could not do this after dark and there was no where else to really walk apart from into the small town in the evening. The food was good although there wasn’t a great deal of variety. A common complaint with this type of holiday I know but I have been to hotels where the do try and have a different theme every night. There is also a feeling that the hotel has a class structure. We were full board and at times felt a bit looked down upon by the staff compared to the all inclusive guests. There was then the Privilege guest who had their own restaurant and veranda to sit on which seemed a little strange. All in all a nice place to spend a week and do not a lot.
