We have stayed at Shadow Mountain a number of times and it is sad to see the property go downhill. Location remains excellent and the courts are a pleasure. However, upkeep of apartments is poor. Closets were stuffed with owner's property including ladders, bedding, personal items that were all badly arranged . Overall, closets were dirty and crowded. Light bulbs were missing in several lamps and lighting was limited. Kitchen was haphazardly stocked. Overall, the apartment felt grubby and neglected. Staff was helpful when needed. In spite of the positives, we probably will not stay at Shadow Mountain again. It has such potential and it is sad to see it deteriorate.

Amazing condo!
What an absolutely spectacular condo would highly recommend to anybody. The rooms are big comfortable. Lots of towels absolutely everything that you need. Might be missing a couple of items in the kitchen that would’ve made things a little bit easier but in general absolutely amazing the pool area the staff everything was wonderful. Look out for the birds from May to October.

Fantastic Ladies Pickleball Trip
The property was beautiful and well maintained. The tennis courts, Pickleball and pool area was fantastic. We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay and took advantage of the amenities.
