Come into town for a weekend family event. House was clean, calm, beautiful. Obviously updated and well done. Loved the kitchen and the outdoor seating. Bikes in the garage to use. Host was very helpful with answering any questions. Completely on me, I hadn’t realized, as I had not been to the area before, that the house was on a main busy street (it is shown on map so yes, this was on me). Being from a very quiet small area myself, I was nit used to street noise all the time. Most people are people okay with and used to. Having the casita was very helpful!

Liked the house and it was comfortable for our party of 6 adults and two children. The best features of the house are definitely the backyard with the pool and jacuzzi as well as the comfortable living area with a nice gas fireplace. My only issue was with the 10AM checkout time on the final day. Considering the holiday pricing we paid, it felt like we were shorted at least the full morning to have one last dip in the pool or jacuzzi. I would recommend if this is a concern for anyone else booking this property, you discuss it with the host prior to renting.

Our family always heads to the desert for July 4th! We love staying in Palm Springs. Our house was well-equipped with almost every hold-hold item you might need. The rooms were great for the number of family members including the casita. But, upon arrival we had a serious ant problem. The there was a musty smell in the casita from a possible water leak into the building making the carpet wet. Finally, the gate across the front of house didn’t operate well. Aside from those issues, we enjoyed the pool, spa n misters. Our guest host responded to our concerns but didn’t offer to come out and check them. Hopefully these issues will be resolved for the next guests.

The property is great! Loved the Mountain View’s. The Casita was perfect. Parents stayed in the Casita and adult children stayed in the main house. The Casita is perfect for anyone that may have a different sleep schedule from the other guests. (Early riser or late riser) It’s a private oasis. This property is easy to get to from the airport and very close and convenient to the airport as well as grocery store and downtown. It felt like a safe neighborhood. Outdoor fire table was awesome! Also Corn Hole was a great yard game that is provided.

Great House in Palm Springs
The house was great and just as advertised. Back yard is an oasis with fabulous pool, spa, misters, lighting, and landscaping, everything you could want in Palm Springs. Location is very convenient as you could even take a 10 minute walk to the shopping center in case you don't want to drive.

House and pool were great, road noise, not so much
Overall we had a great girls trip at this property. The house is large, well laid out, well stocked, and comfortable. We enjoyed most of our time outside by the pool. A fabulous feature is the water misters that spray off of the roof to keep you cool even when it's 90 degrees! The pool and hot tub would not be great for little kids since the pool edge is rocky and hot tub bottom is rough. But no issues for adults. Our biggest issue was the road noise and we knew it was a busy road when we booked. The noise isn't an issue during the day, but I am a very light sleeper so the road noise at night kept me up. I ended up buying a large fan from Wal-Mart to drown at the noise at night. This doesn't impact my overall rating and I still think the property is great, but I think it's helpful for other light sleepers.

Excellent spot
Great access to anywhere downtown and elsewhere. Pool was great and also the hot tub. The casita was an excellent choice for our family of 2 couples and three teenage girls. Everyone has their space. Also the kitchen and inning area was excellent. Highly recommend this property ( and no I am not being paid to write this glowing review )

Nice house, smelly casita, wasted water
Our family plus parents stayed in this home over mid-winter break (February). The house had plenty of space. The pool was great. All appliances functioned properly. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was good and the busy street did not produce much noise or bother us. The instructions to use the home were pretty simple and easy to operate. The Casita attached to the home had a miserable smell that hit you the second you walked in. Leaving the windows open and the fans running helped but the second you closed it up the funk returned full-on. When we arrived there were sprinklers running around the casita non-stop for hours. These sprinklers were separate from the main system which had a broken sprinkler shooting water in the air. With the help of the primary contact, we were able to shut the system off. In order to turn off the sprinklers around the casita, I had to find a valve and shut it off manually. I'm not sure if the running water and the strong odor were related but it was disappointing to see that much wasted water in the desert. Water use issues may have been occurring for a while because the lawn had moss in it! If the water and smell issues were resolved, we'd stay here again.

Back yard is an oasis! Views of the mountains in the backyard, and sunrise from the windows in the front . Nice pool and hot tub with seating arrangements for the sun or shade. Enjoyed watching the humming birds and listening to the chirping of other small birds. Home is well decorated, nice common and private areas. The casita is fabulous! Well supplied kitchen, so easy to cook and serve. Very close, walking distance to grocery store and restaurants, bars. Walked less than 5 minutes to El Jefe and had margaritas and tacos! Yum Would strongly recommend!

Beautiful back yard! Spacious spot, great for families or groups!
Our two families (with four teens) shared this property for a long weekend getaway. There were plenty of bedrooms and we loved the additional casita. Everyone had their own area. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and we spent a lot of time outdoors. The kitchen was very well stocked. There were also plenty of towels, pillows, sheets, and paper goods. The property manager was extremely responsive and accommodating. He answered all our questions within minutes and even offered us an early check-in (we didn't even have to ask). Afterward, one of us forgot a jacket and the property manager was able to locate the jacket and offered to ship it to us. He really went above and beyond! The house is close to downtown and not far from the airport. The only minor drawback is that it's located on a busy road. Road noise was sometimes an issue, but we were there at a slow time of year, so it quieted down in the night. Overall, we would recommend this property and would stay here again.

Wonderful Property & Prop Mgr Comms & Great Location
The property was clean, very well maintained, and in a great location to many of the sights/restaurants. Would highly recommend!!! Definitely would stay at this property again. If you are sleeping in the casita you'll want to make sure you bring a sleep mask if you like to sleep in as there is not a way to shutter or close a blind over the skylights.
