EDGEWATER LEEWARD/WINDWARD CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Edgewater Windward & Leeward Buildings will be undergoing renovations of the building's structural columns from the end of July 2024 through August 2024. There will be times when individual condos on the 08 stack in the Leeward & Windward Buildings will have construction/safety material set up which may block and or not allow balcony access. You will experience some noise during the day due to the construction. We have no control over the exact dates that construction will affect a particular unit. We have discounted our pricing to account for the minor inconveniences you may experience so, no additional discounts will be available.

The Main Bedroom opens to a large balcony where you can listen to the soothing sounds of the ocean waves and admire the sugar white sands of the Gulf Coast. Lay in bed and wake at sunrise to view the waves breaking on the shore or retire in the evening and watch the sunset from the king size master bedroom bed. The mainbedroom has a private bathroom with tub/shower and can be closed off from the rest of the unit for additional privacy.

The Great Room features floor to ceiling windows, a sliding door to the balcony, tile flooring, and a real leather queen sleeper sofa, with enhanced mattress support, for kids, or adult guests. Enjoy the large screen TV with free Roku HD streaming and FireDog high speed Wi-Fi. A selection of board games and books are provided.

Your Second Full Bathroom with a wonderful walk-in glass shower is conveniently located near the entry, so you can shower off the sand after a day at the beach, immediately upon entry into the unit.

You can view the beautiful Gulf from the Kitchen, which is well stocked with plates and glassware, kitchen utensils, stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, blender, etc., and a breakfast bar with seating for two. The Dining area features a round table for 4 to 6 guests.

Parking for guests is located directly in front of the building. No long walks through parking decks, long hallways, or common areas. You are mere steps from your car to the front door.
