This unit is 'Platinum' rated on the 9th floor with a floor plan which offers both the living area and the master bedroom directly facing the gulf. A 30 foot balcony is accessible from the family room or the master bedroom. Most Tidewater Beach Resort one bedroom units do not have the master bedroom on the Gulf. Our unit also has floor to ceiling sliding doors in order to access the balcony. The bunk room is a separate room with a closet for the kids. The Family Room has a 42' HD LCD TV with DVD / VCR, and a 32' LCD TV with DVD in the master bedroom. Wireless internet provided in this unit!

The Family Room has a queen sleeper sofa, and plenty of room to comfortably accommodate six people. A fully equipped kitchen is available for your use. Two full baths are also available -- one full bath is off the bunk room and the other is off the master bedroom. The furnishings are upgraded 'Platinum' quality and the unit was professionally decorated.

Tidewater Beach Resort is located 1/3 mile from Pier Park (900,000 sq ft Complex of Shopping, Entertainment, and Dining) on Front Beach Road in the NEW and convenient west end of Panama City Beach. We typically try to avoid staying in towers because of crowds but our previous reservation was cancelled at a different location. I did not read reviews of the building prior to booking. Communication with property management was great! The unit has beautiful views and was very clean. We were able to see dolphins and rays from the balcony! I loved having 2 access points to the balcony for my morning coffee. This building has old(er) elevators and waiting for them and the subsequent overcrowding was our only problem. We met people who said that elevators were completely down the week prior. It was only on our last day that the elevators in the parking garage were down. Luckily we had a cart and were parked close. Be prepared to wait for elevators. I cannot imagine this in peak season. The beach has 3 rows of chairs that are pay based but on either side you can make your own set up which is what we opted to do. It was not super crowded and the water was beautiful. Lots of marine life to watch! Would I stay again? No, but it is the building - not the condo or property management. They were great.

Don’t go unless you like stairs
The elevators are down constantly! If they are up and running they’re in manual so it’s a 20-40 minute wait because they’re having to take one group at a time to their floor. It was havoc! Condo always have issues with elevators but this was 7 days straight! The locals called them “hellevators”.

Great Condo to Relax In!
This condo is really impressive. Very tasteful interior with a gorgeous view. Free beach chairs/umbrella service is great! Nice pools and hot tubs, and also indoor pool and hot tubs, exercise facility and indoor theater. Plenty to do inside on rainy days. Six charcoal grills to use; nice bonus! From check in to check out, there were no problems at all. There were at least 25 luggage carts and several grocery carts that were always available. The parking garage had plenty of stalls always available near the entrance. Elevators were fast; we never waited more than a minute. We were pleased with everything! Hope to come back.

Awesome Place
This is our second time to PCB. We love the beach. And this was the first time staying here. This condo was super clean and a great location. Everyone is so friendly at Tidewater. We did have to call about the TV. Could not get basic channels, and the manager of our condo sent someone right out and fixed the problem. I felt like I was at my own home. Eveything you need they had. The view was amazing. Did not want to come home. We will definitely be back 💜

Beautiful and great location
We had a great vacation. Loved the condo and the resort. We especially appreciated the on-site restaurant, Waves Grill. The refrigerator water filter needs to be replaced and the living room ceiling fan didn’t work.

Everything was clean, tastefully decorated, and being just .8 miles from the pier was perfect to stay out of the craziness unless you wanted to be in it. Only suggestion would be to have coffee filters for the coffee maker. Would love to visit again.

Very nice condo but
The condo itself is very nice, comfortable and well supplied. The elevators are inadequate for a 30 story tower. Even visiting during a non peak time early May, at times there were 10+ minute wait. Lovely balcony and view. Two of the wicker balcony chairs are so torn up we had to cover the arm rests with towels. The volume control on the remote TV in living room does not work, but the channel control does.
