Newly installed shiplap in living room, dining room, under the kitchen bar, down both sides of the hallway and in the master bedroom just adds to the elegance of this unit. Brand new high-end stainless-steel kitchen appliances with an oversized refrigerator that can accommodate larger groups and stays. Brand new front load washer and dryer with shelving space/storage cabinets and folding area in laundry room. The unit is beautifully decorated with a warm, upscale furniture package, new Porcelain flooring throughout the unit, custom lighting in Dining Room and hallway along with a brand new 54" remote controlled fan in the living room. The living area is spacious with tasteful furnishings and artwork, as well as providing modern amenities like a flat screen TV, DVD player and high-speed internet/ WiFi. The sofa can be converted to a queen/full size pullout for extra guests. Adjacent to the living room area is a wet bar. 3 new half back seats at the kitchen bar. Comfortable, new bedding, for a restful sleep on vacation and added wall unit hairdryers in both bathrooms for your convenience. The Master Bedroom has a breathtaking gulf view and access to the spacious balcony. Fully stocked kitchen with Keurig, classic coffee maker, blender, toaster, and everything you need to make you and your family a home cooked meal The Penthouse floor has extra high 10' ceilings and is the perfect floor with no noise above you! When only the best views will do, come see us. This unit is at the top of the list, amazing views from this 23rd floor condo. You can see 40 or more miles on a clear day. You simply cannot get a better unobstructed view anywhere on the gulf coast. Forever views, well equipped, modern and comfortable. King master with commanding view of gulf, massive closet and ensuite bath with twin sinks, Bedroom 2 - 1 king bed, roomy guest bedroom with connected bath, Bedroom 3 - 1 bunk with a full and a twin bed, queen size sleeper sofa in living area. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Additional beach chairs, beach/pool toys and cooler available in the guest laundry room closet. Parking: Parking is handled through the Calypso resort and as of Feb 10, 2024 the parking cost is $50 per car per stay.

Check-in: 4:00 PM Central Time / Check-out: 10:00 AM Central Time, Maximum occupancy is 8. Min. age of primary renter is 25. Children welcome, Parties/events not allowed, Pets not allowed and No smoking or Vaping allowed inside of unit or on the balcony.

Overall a wonderful stay. The master bath shower drain had some issues, but other than that very clean. We didn’t have the starter items promised in the listing, but we were able to purchase quickly. The property is clean and well maintained, and in an ideal location. The views are stunning. The only thing that would have made it better was a later check -out option.

We brought our children for spring break and had a wonderful time! I wish I had read reviews a head of time better it would have saved me on packing beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and board for the kids that the condo had. Lots of games for the one rainy day we had. The kid bunk room was a hit. My one and only complaint and suggestion would be, the condo does not have a lock on the inside or a latch to flip on the door. Our 3,5, & 7 year olds slept in the kid bunk room which is closest to the door. They were also able to open the door. Each night I’d put our big wagon in front of the door but would definitely suggest an inside latch to flip so they would not be able to escape.

Great condo!
Very nice and clean. The towels were horrific! Had to bleach and wash twice. Other than that it was good. Not many places to layout by the pool and no jacuzzi.

The condo was beautifully furnished. There was sand in the bunk beds, under the covers, but all others were clean. The location of the condo is very close to pier park, which is nice to walk over for shopping, but can get very loud at night. There were several nights we were woken up after midnight by people yelling or playing loud music. The property itself is pretty nice. All elevators worked while we were there. There are two areas to by drinks on the property, on at tower 3 and one at towers 1 & 2. They even had live music by the pool some nights. They were very strict about having passes for everyone at the pool, even though it said small children didn’t need them. Also, there are several sets of stairs leading down to the beach, which can be a pain if you have a wagon to tote your items. Finally, the parking garage is a bit tight, but there were usually plenty of spaces.

Mother/daughter get away.
The condo was absolutely amazing with breathtaking views of beach and turquoise ocean. Perfect porch to lounge on. Didn’t need to go anywhere. Kinda loud cars/music at pier park but that’s what comes with PCB. Oh and one suggestion would be to bring a bottle opener! I could not find one in the condo. Otherwise amazing place. I definitely recommend.

Condo was very nice with beautiful views. The maneuvering from the parking deck, which was a very tight fit for larger vehicles, to the actual condo door was very disappointing. Signage for location of luggage carts, elevators and condos needs to be better.

We loved the unit it was clean and nicely decorated. We loved the ease of the resort and being able to go straight to our room. We had burnt out bulb that was promptly replaced by warren rentals Maint. Overall loved dealing with warren beach rentals and their properties and will seek them out in the future
