You simply can't beat the location of Costa Verde Cottage in Rosemary Beach. Not only are you a short walk to the town's center and beach accesses, you are located right on East Long Green Park, putting you in the heart of community special events. To enter, you walk through a garden entrance, along a boardwalk. and into the fenced-in courtyard with private pool. Stepping inside, you're greeted with a panel of Audubon-painted coastal birds in the elegant foyer, which also features a wine refrigerator and wet bar for easy access from the pool. four bedrooms are all located on the ground floor, leaving upstairs for lounging – which you'll want to do plenty of thanks to expansive vaulted ceilings and wall-to-wall windows that flood the space with natural light. French doors open to the covered balcony, which offers a birds-eye-view of events like the Rosemary Summer Concert Series or weekly farmer's market.
Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, road blocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Community Amenities Rosemary Beach creates the feeling of luxury both inside and outside of your home. Your days will consist of leisurely strolls and bike rides through the four streets of the community to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Sparkling emerald water and sugar white sand await your family's long lasting beach memories. Guests of all ages will enjoy the various boutique shops and phenomenal dining venues on the popular Rosemary Town Square. When you are ready to explore more of 30A, you can hit the bike paths to visit neighboring communities such as Inlet Beach, Seacrest Beach and Alys Beach.

Parking
Costa Verde Cottage has designated parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway behind the home on Bourne Lane. Only 1 parking pass for community parking is allowed for this home per HOA.
Parking in the Rosemary Beach community may be challenging. Not all properties have designated parking. Please keep in mind, properties with designated garage access may not accommodate larger vehicles. Permitted on-street parking is available on a first come, first served basis. On-street parking is only permitted if your car is parked in a lined parking space with a valid parking permit/hang tag. Tags are limited to a certain number for each home. Proximity to your property is not guaranteed. Permits/hang tags are not required for vehicles parked in private garages or driveways. The Rosemary Beach Property Owners Association strictly enforces all parking regulations. 30A Cottages will not be liable for any fine or towing expense incurred by any guest staying in, or visiting, your home.
Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancellation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third-party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals .com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancellation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancellation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancellations.

~ 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking
~ Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 60 days)
~ Except for a 5% cancellation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancellations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full.
~ CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM (CST) & CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM
~ Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and will be an occupant of the Premises during the entire Rental Period. Reservations shall not be made by or for any person under the age of twenty-five (25), and no key will be issued to anyone who is not twenty-five (25) years of age.
