Tropic Winds #1908 is a fabulous, beach front, condo located in the most desirable west end of Panama City Beach, Florida at the area's newest complex, Tropic Winds!

Immediately upon walking in the door of Tropic Winds #1908, you'll notice the open floor plan along with the breath taking views of the emerald green waters of the Gulf. This kitchen has been fully stocked with all the small and large appliances you would find in the comfort of your own home.

The dining area has a beautiful table with seating for six and more seating at the counter with stools. This is perfect place for those dinners with family and friends. Also a great place to work from home or play a board game with the kids!

The living area has a direct view of the Gulf waters. It is also accommodated comfortable sleeper sofa, side chairs, lighting, drapery, large flat screen TV, DVD player and more.

The master suite is accommodated with a king size bed, luxurious bed linens and TV. There is a large sliding glass door that provides a view of the water and opens to the balcony. You can open the balcony door and listen to the gentle crashing of the waves as you drift off to sleep. The master bathroom has a tub/shower combination and two sinks. From the master suite there is an large glass door that opens to the balcony which is great for viewing the morning sunset when you wake up or listening to the gentle crash of the waves.

The guest room has a queen size and full size bed with luxurious linens and beautiful décor. There is also a large flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination and a single sink.

The private balcony is among the largest you will find in the area. From the balcony you can view the water connecting with the sky, dolphins jumping, seagulls flying, beach goers walking, parasailing, boating, snorkeling and much, much more. The balcony is completely furnished and provides a relaxing area for enjoying sunsets and sunrises.

Tropic Winds is located directly on the beach in the most sought after, quiet, peaceful and serene west end. Tropic Winds is only two miles from the incredible new shopping, dining and entertainment venue, Pier Park, it is a 'world away' from the crowds, noise, incredibly dense beach population. There are no high rise condos around and this makes a world of difference when heading to the beach. Reserved parking is provided.

PARKING: Reserved parking makes parking a breeze! All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a NO SMOKING property, not even on the balcony. If you are a smoker and intend on smoking at the condo, do not book this property. The Occupancy Limit is 6. If you need to sleep more guests, please book a larger condo. No air mattresses allowed. No parties or large gatherings permitted. Quiet hours are to be observed. No Pets. These policies are STRICTLY ENFORCED. Property manager is on-site.

I can only say positive things about 1908 Tropic Winds! The condo was the perfect size for a family of four. It was very clean and comfortable. We loved the spacious balcony with plenty of seating not to mention a breath taking view of the Gulf! We will definitely be staying here again!

Fall Break Getaway
We had a wonderful experience at Tropic Winds #1908. The condo was clean and well stocked and king bed was SO comfortable. The views were unbelievable. Even though the parking was across the street, it was not inconvenient at all. Free beach service was a plus. Johnny and Greta Smith were exceptionally pleasant to deal with and made our experience A+. Will definitely plan to come again!

Incredible place with an amazing beach!
The unit was great, everything we needed for our stay. Just far enough West of PCB chaos and traffic, but close enough to tons of amazing restaurants. The beach was phenomenal, clean, swimmable, and lots of family memories were made. Lots to do in this area of town on and off the beach. We will be back. The view from the 19th floor was incredible as we spotted dolphins and sea turtles every morning and fish and manatees in the afternoon while in the water.

Great location and balcony!
We had a great visit here. The condo was very clean and our girls loved having their own beds. The best thing about it was the balcony and location to the beach! The only negatives were the couch and wicker chair were very uncomfortable. We would all squeeze in the king bed at night to watch tv to avoid the sofa. Also, the master bedroom could use thicker curtains. The sun comes up so early and it was very bright by 6am. But the good outweighed the bad. We would stay here again!

Amazing views and safe beach without big crowds
The beach amenities were so nice. The check out time they weren't joking - the cleaning crew was at the door at 10am. The elevator always had hand sanitizer and felt safe. It did not feel like a place where people live and you were renting from them, which to prevent displacing short term rentals where I look to rent and I was disappointed about that, especially since Greta's rentals repeatedly explains how that is the situation.

Wonderful property!
Being that our stay was during the pandemic I didn’t particularly enjoy Panama City itself, but we could not have asked for a better property to stay! The unit itself was very spacious and clean!! I also appreciated that this building stands alone and does not have other high rises neighboring it...this made for a less packed beach! Overall, considering the timing of our trip I couldn’t have asked for a better place!
