This spacious 10th floor non-smoking suite is right on the Gulf of Mexico with a spectacular panoramic view of the Emerald Green waters from one of the largest balconies on the coast. You won’t believe the spaciousness of this balcony!

Featuring Gulf Front living room and master bedroom, 9' ceilings with crown moldings, very comfy sofa & loveseat, new custom blackout draperies, new ceiling fans, very nice custom cabinetry, granite in kitchen and nice solid surface counters in both spacious baths. The master has a King bed with new comfy plush mattress along with private bath. The guest room has a Queen bed and adjoined to a full bath as well. Hotel type extended shower rods were added in both baths. Queen sleeper sofa in the living room if needed. The living room is equipped with new LED 50” SMART TV plus Blu-Ray player. MASTER has new LED 40” TV and queen bedroom has 32” Tv and DVD player.

Also, my linens are commercially laundered and sanitized which is very important to me as I'm sure it is to you. The bath linens are above average in quality with nice large fluffy towels. Hair dryers also provided. All linens are included and the unit is also equipped with a new HE washer/dryer for your convenience.

Gas grills and grilling area are poolside for the outdoor chef and family. The kitchen has everything needed, including a crock pot, if you desire to cook a meal and if not, a great selection of restaurants are in close proximity. You can stroll sugar sands just down the beach to the famous Pineapple Willy's and enjoy their casual dining pier on the gulf or eat inside the restaurant with a gulfview.

Visit the workout room and finish with the steam room or sauna, as all are included with your stay at Twin Palms. Enjoy the indoor Roman Spa or swim the beachfront pool, providing the most desirable view while lounging on the new extended pool deck and furnishings. After a day at the pool or beach enjoy a spectacular sunset from the balcony. Every night is another magnificent display and is a free gift from the most beautiful beach. This was our first family trip to the BEACH. We truly enjoyed our stay. The property manager stayed in touch and was a breeze to communicate with. However when checking in makesure you turn the knob not the handle lol it took us a min but we finally got in❣️We look fwd to returning ❣️

Memorial Day Weekend
We had a great weekend to kick off the summer. The condo is great for a family, or just friends to visit. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking or close driving distance. The pool area is kept up very well. We will definitely try to book here again in the future.

The beach was great. The condo was a little disappointing. No dish detergent, no salt and pepper and no cleaner to clean the counters or outdoor table that needed to be cleaned every day. No coffee liners. One dish towel for 4 days. They should have stated that in the description. I have rented before and every place had the essentials. There was nothing. Not even an extra roll of toilet in case you ran out, which we did and No small shampoos or conditioners. Poor amenities.

property advertised ALL NEW DECORE which was not the case. While we were there my husband had a stroke and was take by ambulance to a local hospital. I texted the owner to see if I could extend our stay using the number she gave me and she never returned an answer so I was forced to check out and find another hotel. I will never stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful with the most amazing view..we had plenty of room and everything was so convenient and easy to get to. We felt at home and it was so relaxing and we had the best time. Our host was amazing and kept in touch with us throughout the process, checking in to see how our vacation was, if there was anything we needed and answered any questions we had immediately. She was wonderful and such a pleasure to work with. I would recommend her to anyone and would most definately use her again in the future. It was an amazing experience. Nora provides great service to a perfectly located and accommodating condo! Clean, spacious, and perfect for a vacation. This condo offers a perfect view of the beach and is conveniently located by many places to eat, shop, night life, etc. Checking in and out was hassle free as Nora provides great detail of the entire process. I personally recommend this listing!

Beautiful view, but noisy neighbors
The condo was stunning & clean. Lenora, the owner was wonderful to work with & responsive to questions. I would definitely rent from her again. The only complaints I have are to do with Twin Palms management. The gate to enter the parking garage stopped working our last night there & no one was found to help or to call for maintenance. This was crucial! I did call Lenora and she helped as much as she could but this wasn’t her fault. Our last night was also terrible in regards to noise from neighbors. There appears to be no security nearby to maintain order/noise ordinance. I understand people are there to have fun, relax etc, but by midnight the super loud booming of music & loud annoying singing from neighbors should be done. I called the main line to ask about this and no one could help me. So lack of help with the gate & the horrible noise that kept my family from getting rest makes me question if I’ll come back. Despite these issues, I can’t stress enough how beautiful the condo was and how wonderful Lenora was to work with.

Awesome week at the beach!!!
This property was exactly as described and seen in the photos. No complaints. The owner provided all of the information we needed and responds to any questions. This is our fourth year coming to Panama City and this trip by far was the best. We have stayed at different resorts each year we have visited, and Twin Palms is by far our favorite. It was not overcrowded. There were no waits on the elevator. The pools and hot tub were clean. Parking was easy. Highly recommend!!!

We had heard that PCB had changed after the hurricanes to a more family friendly atmosphere. That wasn't the case. It was the typical atmosphere with cars/trucks/golf carts with loud music, honking, cat calls, etc. The property we stayed at was the highlight of the trip. Centrally located to everything, well equipped condo with comfortable beds and couches. Loved the facility just wish it was in another location.

We had a terrific experience at this rental. The pictures online were true to the actual experience. The view of the gulf was amazing. We were right on the beach and the pool and hot tub were also clean and Mai rained. We grilled one night and those were also well maintained. Highly recommend this unit. Plenty for f beach gear in the closet.

Nice condo
Booked this condo because it has so many 5 star reviews. Did not think it was a five star condo upon arrival. I’ll start with the positive. It was a very good location and a clean condo. There was a decent amount of glassware and dishes. The owner is very responsive and checks in periodically. Now for the not so good. The mattress in the master bedroom is horrible. It’s thin and rock hard. The shower curtain liners were old and yucky.The door knob to the main bathroom was not functional. One of the legs on the outdoor table was completely rusted and was propped up with a folded up magazine. There was not a single trash bag upon arrival. The TV in the front room was awaiting repair so it did not respond to the remote. Overall it was a good stay but just a handful of things that could have made it feel like a 5 star condo.
