The home was nice. The location was great,close to the pier park. the home was dirty. The sheet had not been changed in the master bedroom. im not sure about the other bedrooms. The tubs would not drain while taking showers. I tried getting in touch with maintenance but just got the answer machine.(on Saturday night) I got a call back but I didn't receive the call.I tried to call back but got the answer machaine again. The shower rod was just sitting on the shower base so it would fall off. there were a lot of hair in the master bathroom from the previous guest. This lead me to believe the bathroom may have not been cleaned either.

Perfect location

We had a great stay at this condo and would rent again. We have stayed at Calypso several times and love that it is so close to Pier Park, it’s the only condo truly in walking distance. We have stayed at others that advertise “walking distance” but with kids a mile is not within range. At calypso we was able to walk to pier park for ice cream several nights. The condo itself was just renovated and had nice beds and couches. It was supplied with nice kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and dishes. The only reason I gave a 3 on accuracy was because when we rented it had a twin bunk listed which is what we needed but was renovated after my booking and the bunk was replaced with a full bed. The listing is now accurate.
