Get ready to experience one of the top beaches in the country, while enjoying a couples or family vacation in a beautifully decorated and super clean non-smoking condo. FREE BEACH SERVICE IS INCLUDED FROM MARCH 1st THROUGH OCTOBER 10th (includes two chase lounge chairs and one umbrella). THAT'S A $50.00 VALUE PER DAY during the prime season! Palazzo #604 is located on the 6th floor, making the Gulf views phenomenal from this unit. You’re high enough to escape any noise coming from pool deck and beach, but not too high to see all of the beauty the beach has to offer. You will love sitting out on the large 17 ft balcony watching the dolphins or enjoying the breath-taking Florida sunsets! This is the perfect spot to have your morning coffee and evening cocktails.

You’ll have everything you need to help make your vacation comfortable. The condo is one of the largest and open floor plans in the area with 9 Ft ceilings and windows that stretch from floor to ceiling and run the width of the condo.

The great room has neutral tones, with a beachy feel. It has a sofa and love seat. For entertainment, the condo features a Samsung TV and Blu-ray player, cable, WiFi and a variety of movies are provided for your enjoyment. There is also an assortment of books and games.

The kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless appliances, a good-sized pantry and breakfast bar with bar stools. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need and includes a coffee maker, blender and toaster. There is also a dining area with table and chairs to enjoy your meals, when not eating outside.

The master bedroom features a super-comfortable king-size bed, with closet and lots of storage. There is also a flat screen TV with cable in the bedroom. The master bath includes a tub/shower.

The bunk room features a day bed (twin). Right off that is the hall bath with stand-up shower.

The laundry room includes a stackable washer and dryer that makes it easy to keep your clothes and beach towels clean.

We have a keyless access code system, so no wasting time checking-in; you go straight to the condo! No key cards to keep up with or worry about misplacing them while at the beach.

The Building – Palazzo is a non-smoking building, that is unique because the 4-level garage is directly under the building, so no walking over a crosswalk and then taking another elevator to your car. You would not believe how convenient this makes it! There is a $40 parking fee that covers your entire stay. Also, Palazzo is known to have some of the fastest elevators in the area, making getting to and from the beach or your car a breeze.

Amenities – Palazzo features a heated swimming pool located on the fifth level making for spectacular views, a hot tub located beside the pool that is always well maintained. There is also a fitness center that overlooks the Gulf. Makes working out much more enjoyable!

Location – Palazzo is conveniently located on the west end side of the beach closer to 30A, yet less than a mile from Pier Park. It’s also less than a 20 minute ride to the new Panama City Beach International Airport.

Wonderful getaway!
Arrival and departure process was super easy. The owner was very kind and communicated early in our visit to make sure everything was satisfactory. Property was clean and well maintained. Parking is gated and very safe for guests. Staff is friendly. The kitchen and condo are well equipped with everything one could need. Stay was quiet and we enjoyed beautiful views from the balcony and walks on the beach. The condo is perfectly situated in PCB with easy access to all attractions and shops. We have already booked a week for next year here! We love the property and location!

Relaxing Getaway
Very clean and quiet unit with spectacular Gulf views. Host was extremely responsive to any questions we had and made us feel very welcome. The Palazzo is the best building on the west end of PCB. Parking is so convenient, elevators always are working properly, never had to wait more than 30 seconds for one to come, even on Memorial Day weekend. The umbrella and two chairs that come with the rental are honestly priceless. We spent some time at the newly updated pool and it was very nice and quiet as well. All in all, awesome trip, we'll be back for sure.

First, the Palazzo property is pristine! Easy access to parking lot, elevators and amenities. This condo included beach chairs & umbrella daily rental service, which was great saving us from having to carry chairs down to the beach every day. The property is also not as crowded as the east end of PC beach. The condo was very nice, updated and extremely clean. No detail left out and kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The property owner was very responsive. We definitely will not hesitate to book this condo again and enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful time! The place is just as the pictures show. The condo itself is super clean, and welcoming. The view is amazing. Parking was great and really convenient to have right under the building. There are several places to eat close by and the grocery store pretty much right across the street. We walked to dinner 2 nights. It’s almost 2 miles to Pier Park so we did drive there one night for dinner. The building is well kept up, the pool area was nice and clean as well. The hot tub felt great on a cool evening. Would definitely recommend to others.

Outstanding 1 bedroom in Palazzo
We had the pleasure of staying in the 1-bedroom condo on the 6th floor of the Palazzo Building, and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we stepped inside, we were blown away by the stunning views from the balcony. The condo itself was immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout of the condo was perfect, with a spacious living area, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a cozy bedroom that offered the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the beach decor to the modern appliances. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the balcony, where we could enjoy our morning coffee while taking in the breathtaking views of the Gulf below. The location of the Palazzo Building was also excellent, with easy access to restaurants, shops, grocery store and attractions. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend this 1-bedroom condo to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient place to stay in the area. Huge thanks to the owner for sharing their amazing condo and responding promptly to all queries we had during our stay.

This condo is amazing!! Right on the beach yet just enough away from all the PCB traffic. Parking garage under the building so no walking issues. Fast elevators with easy entry to condo. No issues whatsoever and the owner even checked on us to make sure we were ok. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here again!!

The condo and the property were absolutely beautiful!!!!
We had a 6 day 5 night stay and the Condo was absolutely beautiful and well taken care of I hope to be able to come back to the exact condo and property In the future. The condo had the most amazing view of the ocean and the beach. If that were not enough the amenities inside the condo and on the property are second to none. The condo owner and the property staff were easy to communicate with and very accessible. The living space was spacious so that you didn’t feel like you were crammed in like sardines or fumbling over one another. The property was very family oriented and very quiet at most times of day and especially at night. The beach service that was included was very nice and you had plenty of room on their beach it definitely didn’t give the feel of being overcrowded. If you look at some of the other properties along this stretch of beach you could see where they piled chairs and umbrellas up and there wasn’t much room on the beach for people who didn’t use the beach service. I had two teen girls who used the service and I was able to use my own chair on the beach and had plenty of area to work with. The property was also very well maintained it was always clean of debris of any sort. My stay was very peaceful and relaxing along with the security on the property while not over bearing their presence was known which eased my mind because of two 17 year olds I had with me. I could go on all day but the place was exceptional.

Great stay despite double red flags!
I can’t begin to express how happy we were with our stay! Dan was quick to respond to our messages and let us check in an hour early to pick up our daughter at the airport. When my niece had an accident in St. Augustine that caused us to leave a day earlier than planned he was understanding and gracious. We told him we couldn’t wait to book our next stay! Very nice! Great location. The host answered my calls, email and texted me back in a timely manner. The condo is exactly what it looks like in the pictures. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking in and the dishwasher is good too. Very comfortable bed. We stayed 21 nights so we used the washer and dryer and they were great. Disappointed that the pool was under construction but it’s going to be beautiful when completed. All in all, it was a beautiful place and we would love to stay there again.

Palazzo 604
We have stayed at Dan's property at The Palazzo multiple times and will continue to come back. The condo is always very clean and has plenty of space. The location is fantastic - it is across the street from a grocery store and close to Pier Park. I love the fact that the rental comes with the beach chair service. All you have to do is pack your cooler and walk down to the beach : ). Thanks Dan!
