You'll experience the best of all worlds at this polished townhome in Panama City Beach, beautifully located on the edge of tranquil green space yet close to the beach and the bustling heart of town. There are two air-conditioned levels to this home, with an open living area and a deck on the main floor and the bedrooms delightfully secluded upstairs. As you come home from a day spent on the white sand beach, you'll be greeted by a living room with a pair of leather sofas and a flatscreen TV, a dining space for six, and a lovely kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher and a refrigerator with a water/ice dispenser), beautiful countertops, and a peninsula bar counter with seating for three. The back deck is accessed through the living room, offering a bistro table overlooking the surrounding trees. At night, as you use the WiFi to plan the next day's adventures and leave your swimsuits to dry in the private washer/dryer, you'll find another TV upstairs in the main bedroom suite, which is also paired with its own private bathroom. The other two bedrooms shared a full bathroom in the hall.

This townhome sits immediately north of the Panama City Beach Parkway, where it enjoys a prime position backing up to quiet green space at the end of its row. If you follow Front Beach Road for about a mile or two southwest, you'll come to the very center of Panama City Beach and its most popular attractions, including WonderWorks, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, ZooWorld, and Coconut Creek Family Fun Park. Public beach access can be found less than three miles southwest down Front Beach Road.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
