Built in 2005, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot with active families, there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! Convenient location
We came in for a soccer tournament at the Publix Sports Complex. The unit was centrally located, allowing easy back and forth to the soccer fields, as well as walking distance to eateries and the beach. We did have AC issues the first day, but owner was quick to respond and get the issue resolved. Pools were great. Would stay again.

Listing was mostly accurate. The family room and kitchen are nice. Decor and furniture is modern. The view is amazing and located centrally to many family friendly activities. Note the room with bunk beds does not have a door. The tile in the hall and bathrooms of condo is older and needs replaced or steam cleaned. We used the washer and dryer, ran small loads as directed. The dryer got too hot and burned holes in 2 items of clothing, sadly one was our daughter’s favorite. The traffic on weekend nights can be noisy for anyone sleeping in the master bedroom. Option to use the indoor pool was nice for cool mornings.

Location was great. The condo was ok. The beds were so uncomfortable. The dishwasher and sink smelled like sewage. Remotes for tv's needed batteries. The lighting is terrible. The furniture is awful. Checkout time was 10 and cleaning person was at door at 945 to 950. The beach and weather was amazing! I would not stay here again.

My family and I could not have loved this condo any more! It was exactly as pictured. Location was superb. My kids adored the bunk beds and having their own room. The condo is beautifully curated too. The little convenience store downstairs is great too. Everyone of the staff was so kind as well. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo
This was our second stay at Majestic Beach resort and the condo was beautiful. Looked exactly as pictured. Check-in was a little rough. When we arrived there was no parking pass left for us in the room as stated. I contacted the rental property was told they’d send someone out to bring one. After almost 2 hrs of waiting and several phone calls to the rental property one was delivered. Communication wasn’t the greatest. We were told to write on a piece of paper and put it on our dash until they could bring us one. Beyond frustrating when you’ve been in a car for over 12 hrs. Condo had everything you could need. Location was perfect close to food, grocery and plenty of attractions for the kids and whole family to enjoy.

The information regarding the lock on this property should be discussed so that you aren’t trying to figure out how to lock the door when you get there! The condo was nice looking & updated. There was a distinct musty smell & the bed linens smelled terrible. I had to strip all the beds & wash them in my own laundry detergent & then remake all the beds. After that, they smelled great. Very frustrating since we paid a cleaning fee though. Everything else was good except for the elevators in the building. Very slow & 2 were broken & not working. The street noise was extremely loud also which made it hard to sleep. Also very frustrating for the 10th floor. Next time we’ll rent a house instead of a condo.

Beautiful view, clean, updated, easy to access, great communication. ENJOY!
I came to have a personal getaway to the ocean. I mostly got what I wanted/needed. The condo was wonderfully located, clean, updated and had most of the amenities you might need. The unit has amazing views, beachfront easy access to the ocean. restaurants, bars, stores and gas stations within walking distance and across the street. Family friendly as well as a fun place for adults. The condo is about 30 minutes from the Panama City Airport. Here are some things to keep in mind to plan ahead. Rental cars were very difficult to find if they weren't booked in advance for the weekend I came. So I would suggest you have your transportation handled before you go. I didn't rent a car. Uber and Lyft drivers are NOT abundant here. Both drivers who took me to and from the airport all said that there are just not many drivers in this area so you are having to wait long times and competing with anyone else trying to get a ride, especially to the airport. There are private taxi/transportation services and I had to use one when I left. They are around the same price, but still a little more expensive. Around $45 for my Lyft and $60 for private taxi, both prices include tip. You have to rent the beach chairs even if you're staying at the resort. It's about $45 for the day. I would suggest getting there early to enjoy the day and get the most out of the cost. But I didn't have any problem getting a chair. I can see this being a beautiful and quiet get away, HOWEVER, there was a motorcycle rally the weekend I arrived and unfortunately, they were cruising and racing until 2 am. The bedroom is on the street side of the resort and it was pretty loud. No one's fault, just something you may want to consider if you're looking for peace and quiet. And the last thing is they have a washer and dryer but no soap or dryer sheets, so you have to buy them either at the little store on the property which was only open until 2 pm, or be prepared to by it from a store, or wait until you get home. I hope all of that helps when making your plans. You won't be disappointed. This was my first time in the area and I look forward to coming again and I'll be better prepared for what to expect. ENJOY!

Facility was good but needs some work
The whole facility was great! The location and amount of pools/elevators was great for our family of four. The actual unit we stayed in was not great. It was dirty, the floors felt like they’ve never been cleaned. The towels were dirty, which I cleaned when we got there. There is not a light in the living room where the dining table is so we had to eat meals at the bar to have light. The kitchen didn’t have some basics like mixing bowls. The worst thing was that the A.C. went out two times in our 4 day stay. Once we learned how to fix it from the building manager, we were able to fix it the second time. Overall, it just wasn’t relaxing having to clean and fix problems while on vacation. I have to do that while I’m home.

Great condo
The indoor pools were great during our December stay. The weather isn’t always warm enough to be outside so the kids enjoyed the swimming time. The condo itself was great! Gorgeous views! It’s a large building (23 floors on each of two towers) so I can see it being busy during peak times, but we never had an issue with the elevators or finding beach space. My husband came to fish and unfortunately, he wasn’t impressed (as he normally does very well on the east coast). We went to several local eateries like Temperley’s and attractions like Ripleys and Race City.
