Awesome retro Motel! Try it you will not be sad
Older well kept motel, love the fact it is not a sky scraper and I can see the beach and trees. Loved the bar next door. Close to everything, enjoyed it greatly.

Stay away!!!!!!!
We have stayed there before and it was nice but we will not ever stay there again!! There were 2 other people in the lobby that were complaining about their rooms and one of the people said that he was leaving and losing his money and would go somewhere else. Our room was nasty and smelled like pot smoke and fish the whole time. The hotel needs to be torn down! Please don’t waste your money there. The pool chairs was torn up and only had a few that were available to use

While this was a great location, that fact that the room was run over with roaches cannot be understated. ROACHES EVERYWHERE!

The hotel has good reviews, I have read almost all of them, but the reality is quite different. Positive: the location in front of the beach gives this property very beautiful perspectives but! Negative: the rooms are old, without carpet, poorly cleaned (moreover they did not come once from September 18 to 22). Every morning we had to take the dirty towels down to the reception to get clean ones in exchange) (unheard of in my entire career in hotel management 44 years in Switzerland, France, Italy and the United States). The rating of this hotel is 7.6 on your Expedia site it is only 3.6 on other sites. Being a loyal customer, I am very disappointed by this fact (I suggest you review your ratings as soon as possible). Best regards,

Pool was bad had some kind of white stuff floating in it that stuck to your body and your hair was really hard to get off of you. Woke up to roaches in the room. Doors were hard to open. For the price I guess it's okay.

I did not get the room I reserved, was told there is no guarantee on the room you receive. I reserved room with 2 queen beds, kitchenette, and a balcony with view of beach and gulf. The manager had to get involved to resolve the problem, which should not have been necessary. I was under the impression that a reservation is a guarantee to get the room I paid for a month in advance

I enjoyed my 2 day stay. I was skeptical at first because I had checked the reviews. But after I got there...I didn't have one bad experience. No bugs... no dampness in my room... no anything negative to be honest. Unlike the reviews I read. Elevator was fine. I had to wipe out the fridge because it had a strange smell. But nothing major. Balcony was lovely. It's definitely a place that'll I'll continue to stay at. And the staff was pleasant. I only interacted with 2 of them but they were extremely friendly. So yes I'll definitely be back
