Great getaway. Friendly staff. Our Villa was missing something important items but with the help of our other guests and staff, we found a way. Place is quiet, low key, relaxing.

The property was as we expected for what we paid..very clean, definitely dated but pictures show this ahead so we were not surprised .The staff was very helpful and super friendly .The beds were very comfy and we had all we needed. Parking was a breeze. The only disappointment was the pool was not heated as stated and it was unusable, way to cold..this would have been a deal breaker had we known ahead of time that the heater was broken as this was an amenity we searched for because of the time of year we were traveling.
Would not recommend. Pictures are deceptive. Room is much smaller than expected. The floor felt greasy, there was sand in the bed, the bed itself was absolutely awful and felt like the springs in the mattress were about to pop out.
Husband and I were traveling with baby and only planned on staying one night, but ended up leaving at 10pm to find a hotel because we were too grossed out by the bed to sleep.
We were supposed to be given a code to get into the lockbox for a key, but for some reason were texted an hour before checkin to inform us our room was ready and they left the door unlocked with the key on the table. So when we packed up to leave at 10pm, had no way to put the key in the lock box as instructed for check out. We ended up finding an open Dropbox by the office door that we dropped our key in.
When we finally got response the following morning, it was "Okay.." I would've expected maybe just a simple inquiry if everything was okay and what caused us to leave. Not impressed with anything about this experience.
It was a great stay. The property was right on the beach. The only downfall was the front door. It needs replaced due to water damage.....you could see daylight throught it.
The location is great, however the room we had booked was supposed to be first floor, it ended up being second floor and that was just the first part of the problem. I was charged twice for my deposit, once from hotels.com then once from the place itself. Ended up paying almost $1500 for 3 nights. My daughter had to go down to her friends condo and stay with them because when we pulled out the sofa there was mold, dirt and bed bugs. When they approached management it was supposed to be taken care of the next day but it was never fixed. So my daughter was never able to stay in the room. It was musty and dirty, looks nothing like the pics. Don’t let it fool you. Completely ruined our view of PCB will never go back. Then attempted to get some kind of reimbursement for the stay especially since it wasn’t livable and their policy was no refunds. No exceptions according to hotels.com customer service they tried to contact the management office and was told no exceptions. I think if a room has bed bugs mold and filthy that’s a you problem as management and you should fix the issue.
Loved being able to sit on the balcony right on the beach in the morning and watch the sunrise! It was absolutely beautiful. Took my family of 7 here and we all had a blast. Will definitely be back asap!

The beach is the main sell point for this property as well as the staff.
The property was nice. Few steps to the beach. Pool and hot tub was nice. Very convenient. The only down side was the mattress was flat and uncomfortable. The pillows were extremely flat. The cover on the bed was very thin and not comfy. 3 out of 5 stars
