I always love the place, however front desk staff were not effucent and had poor coordination. The failed to pick up my husband from the airport after all a series of email regarding his flight . In addtion, our villa suppsed to be private and they allow people to use tge beach gammock by some srunk customer

The resort is amazing and beautifully developed. The beach front was well maintained with powdery white sand. Free use of kayak and paddleboard. 2 pools with warm water, but normal and nothing special. Positive was lifeguard was present and attentive. The food in the resort was good, but quite pricey. The room was spacious and clean drinking water was given generously. The best part was the extra unexpected services in including a free trip to South Farm. This was superdooper fun, with free animal feeding and riding. There was also a restaurant there. Have recommended to friends. We will go back.

There was really no reason to leave the resort, everything is there. Their spa massages were heaven! I had one each day except when we had to do the island hopping. Gym is 24/7 open which is great. just wished they open their pool earlier than 8am and had more Filipino cuisine available. Staff are friendly and most of them have great attention to detail. I just booked another stay with them in Sept.

I love the concept of this resort. It has a natural traditional feel type of resort not the typical modern building type. From the small details of keycard, welcome drink, necklace to the cottages/rooms, restaurant & all the coconut trees that surrounds the resort are beautiful. The beach & long shoreline with white sand made it perfect. Such a beautiful resort & i love how quiet & private the beach & surroundings are. Food at the restaurant is good as well with beautiful presentation. Rooms are small & breakfast buffet is very good & adequate. I will definitely come back & stay longer. They should limit the number of day passes to outsiders to prevent it from getting too crowded in the lounge areas which will affect its appeal.
