Beware of hard selling of expensive shuttle

Hotel was fine although Wifi is very weak in rooms. BEWARE of one staff member in reception who tries to pressure you into booking a shuttle at 15 euros pp. We were a group of 4 people (i.e. shuttle would have been 60 euros) and this staff member said the shuttle would be the cheapest option to getting to the airport, when I said I would compare this price to other forms of transport, he said I would need to tell him immediately to book ourselves on the shuttle (even though we weren't leaving for a few days). I didn't book the shuttle as I knew 60 euros was steep and then found out after I asked another staff member that a taxi would only cost 40 euros!!

Valentines trip

Hotel staff where very helpful and friendly. However Very small hotel room and bathroom no space at all. Had to squeeze into shower. Only one extra pillow and blanket.

Ideal Budget Hotel

the staff were friendly, found the place in a great location with plenty of restaurants nearby and the Place d'Italia Metro station literally around the corner. The hotel is basic but we'll kept and I found it great value. I spent most of the day outside around Paris but otherwise it was a nice place to sleep, didn't find cold or noisy, so I was very happy with my stay.

Great value & location

Excellent business hotel

Great staff, room cleaned very well, very close to Les Gobelins and Place de L'Italie Metro stations. Loads of eateries around including a good Curry House. I would probably not take my wife there for a romantic weekend but as a place to stop whilst travelling or on business it was very good value.

Ok hotel. It was quite far away from any destinations, so we couldn’t just walk were we wanted to go. The hotel had two metro stops near, so we used the metro to see different places. The metrolines were full everyday from the morning to the evening.. The room was very small, and a bit noisy. We could hear sounds from other rooms, but we still slept well. Breakfast was nice! It had just enough different and delicious things to choose from.

Pros: L'emplacement
Cons: Ne pas se servir des 2 chambres du rez-de-chaussée, trop bruyante
Nous avions réservé le Kyriad Italie car nous pensions qu'en tant que chaine, ils étaient soumis à un cahier des charges et que tous les Kyriad avaient des exigences communes. L'hôtel est bien situé dans le 13ème arrondissement, proche du métro et du centre commercial Italie 2. Notre chambre ne fût prête qu'à 14h (au lieu de 12h annoncé) et surtout je pense qu'on nous a attribué la pire chambre de l'hôtel : au rez-de-chaussée, à côté de la salle du petit-déjeuner. La chambre est propre mais vieillissante avec un rideau qui a du mal à rester accroché, donc lumière venant de la rue toute la nuit. Les chambres sont mal insonorisés, donc en plus du bruit de la rue il y avait également celui des toilettes et des douches des voisins.

Séjour à Paris

Hôtel bien situé et propre Points faibles: dommage qu'il y est une baignoire mais que l'on ne puisse pas prendre de bain. Je ne recommande pas la chambre juste à côté de l'ascenseur car il est très bruyant.
