Located in the heart of Old Town Park City, this wonderful newly remodeled and professionally decorated Norfolk Estate features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 12 guests.

Three of the bedrooms are located on the main floor, with the fourth bedroom/bunk room located on the lower level. This lower level also has a wonderful game room to keep your whole group entertained as you rest & recharge for another adventure-filled day in Park City!

After a long day out on town or the slopes, Abode at Basecamp is the perfect place to wind down, sit by the fire, play some games in the game room and relax outdoors with sky views. Cooking in this house is a pleasure with all the appliances, granite countertops and all of the gadgets necessary to make any kind of meal, which you can enjoy at the dining table that seats eight or at the grand stone kitchen island and breakfast bar with seating for four.

Abode at Basecamp offers one of the best locations year round in town. Situated on a huge lot in Old Town and just minutes away from the ski lift, as well as an easy walk to Main Street with all of its shops and restaurants.

Excellent location and set up
We had three families of 4 who stayed at this property for a ski weekend. The house was perfect for us. The kids took over the very spacious bunk room, while each pair of adults got a comfortable king bed. The kitchen was well equipped. We loved the hot tub, and the location was walkable to ski school and downtown Park City. The property management company was very responsive to questions. Great place overall!

Beautiful home!
Our extended family group of 8 had a great stay here! Abode was proactive and reached out ahead of our arrival regarding the currently broken hot tub, we were really looking forward to that and appreciated the notice and working with us. We cooked most meals at the house, kitchen has great variety and types of cookware, plenty of room for several kitchen activities at once. The teens in our group loved the bunk room. the gas fireplace is so simple and effective. We were so happy for the garage plus driveway parking for 2 cars total. Be aware the garage is tight for a medium size suv. The walk (less than 5 min) to the town lift trail was very convenient and there is a little space at the end of norfolk ave to either pick up or drop off skiers. We would definitely stay in this house again, plenty of space for ski equipment either in the garage or laundry area of the basement. Thanks to the team at abode for a smooth rental experience!!

Great house great location
We had a great time at this house. Loved all the king beds and the huge bunkroom for the kids. Hot tub was amazing and very clean. Kitchen fully stocked even with spices and beer! Management company extremely responsive. We arrived right after a blizzard so everything was buried and tough to walk through first day. Otherwise very easy walk to the lift once cleared. Library down the street had sledding and kids loved it.

Great property, in a great spot...and right in the heart of PC!!
We stayed at this property for a week long family gathering in Park City. Our party included 4 adults and 7 children (ages 10 to 16), all of us coming from out of state. This house accommodated us very well. The kids all slept in the downstairs bunk room (basement is not an accurate description of this awesome space!!)...which was great! Two sets of twin over twin bunk beds with a twin trundle under each bottom bunk. The 7th kid slept on a blow up mattress we brought with and there was plenty of room down in the bunk room for him to stay there with everyone else. There was a TV and a couch as well as a full bathroom down there as well...the kids loved having a separate space to hang out. The other bedrooms were on the main level of the home, and all of them were spacious and comfortable. The master has it's own bathroom and the other two rooms had a bathroom between them. The kitchen and living areas were on the main level as well. We cooked every meal but one at the house and I'm happy to report, the kitchen was well stocked and had nearly every kitchen gadget and tool we needed. There isn't a yard per se, but that didn't seem like a commonplace thing in PC. The house does have a great hot tub and plenty of room on the back/side patio to sit and enjoy the outdoors. The kids also walked about a half a block to the Park City Library building to utilize the very large grassy area there. Speaking of walking...downtown was a quick walk from this property. Tons of shops, restaurants and bars really close by. We also walked from the property to the town ski lift and were able to enjoy some of the summer activities offered there. Overall this house was fantastic...updated and decorated very well, plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen gadgets and supplies needed for a week long stay in Park City! This house suited us very well and we would happily stay here again!
