Our home in Park City has been a special place for us to escape to and we are happy to be able to share it with you for the first time. This exquisite Log Cabin home, Centrally located, 5 mins walk to Cabriolet Ski lift, 5 mins drive to Historic Main Street Park City and to Kimball Junction for all groceries or shopping and outlet mall. Close to many winter and summer outdoor activates.
Enjoy beautiful views from windows in this more than 1500 sq ft large 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse with 2 attached car garage and direct access to unit from garage. Fully furnished with beautiful log furniture. New sofa and mattresses. High end, top of the line, well known and extremely comfortable Casper mattresses in both bedrooms to enjoy best sleep. All kitchen appliances are also new.
Paradise for all winter activities such as skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, snow tubing. There are ice castles where you can take beautiful pictures. You can walk around main street and shop at outlets. There is also a heber city north pole express ride to take with kids.
All major summer activities including golf, horseback riding, water sports such as rafting, kayaking or jet ski, ziplines, coasters & slides, fly fishing, hot air ballooning, hiking and biking trails are very very close. There is something for everyone here to do. You can drive around or hop on and hop off in free summit county bus service right next to the unit to go anywhere in the city. It is an expectational place to live with a beautiful stream of water flowing next to the unit bringing a nice relaxing breeze inside the house from the windows. 2 newly renovated HOT TUBS are less than a minute walk from the unit to help you relax. Very friendly neighbors and a fun community to live in.
No pets per HOA (unless staying for more than 3 months) and no smoking allowed inside the unit. Owner has severe allergies unfortunately.
2 car garage in the basement attached to the unit and plenty of guest parking outside.

Family ski trip with adult kids
The condo is very spacious, new or like new, meticulously maintained, well appointed, fully stocked kitchen, nicely decorated - all as advertised. Fantastic underground garage with direct access to condo with ski storage. Super easy loading in/out. Great location for skiing Canyons or PC. For Canyons you can cut through the property/complex to the people-mover buckets. Requires carrying skis and it’s slightly uphill. But not too far - still WAY better than driving to a ski resort! Then you can ski back down at the end of the day to the door. For PC you can traverse across from Canyons or take a bus from the front of the property/complex.Highly recommend and would stay again.

Great location, well equipped kitchen and wonderful hosts. We greatly enjoyed our stay, so much so that we attempted to book again but it was already booked out. The kitchen is very well equipped which was fantastic. The log cabin feel is great.

Very comfortable and roomy location, close to everything in Park City. Let's of space to spread out and enjoy your stay. There are trees and a stream outside your window to help you relax and block out noise. Fully equipped kitchen to order in or cook up a feast.

Great Month
The condo was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked. We were here for a month and enjoyed the desk in the 2nd bedroom so we could work. Host was responsive to questions. Loved the garage given how much snow we got while we were there. Quick drive over to the Canyons cabriolet or on really cold day we parked ($) at the Pendry hotel indoor parking, for a quick walk to the Gondola. Bus stop right outside unit as well. Would definitely recommend.

Property could be cleaner. It's a very spacious and nice decorated/furnished townhouse. But the cleaning company isn't doing a great job, there was at least an inch on everything. The bathroom rugs needed to be washed before we could use them.

Great Ski stay
Just returned from a lovely stay at this property. Everything was clean and just as pictured. Nice location close to cabriolet gondola. Unit is well stocked (shampoo, soap, dish detergent, laundry, paper products, etc) Owners were very responsive to any inquiries. Nice enclosed garage. Community Hot tubs very close and easy access. Would definitely consider another stay when coming to this area.

Beautiful Park City Condo
The condo was very nicely furnished and was spacious. We had loads of room to spread out for 4 people. It made for a very comfortable stay! Bus stop was very close and it was a very short ride to the Canyons stop. The local shuttle bus line was convenient and made it easy to get to Main Street and Kimball Junction. We really didn't need a car or Uber. We would certainly stay again if we are in the area!
