This remodeled, 2 bedroom/2 bath Park Station condo is a corner unit on the top floor with great ski area and town views. Our guests say we have the BEST LOCATION in Park City. Step from the courtyard onto quaint Old Town's historic and charming Main Street, and the best and most restaurants, galleries, shops and entertainment in Park City. The ski lift is 1 block away! (Map our condo online at '950 Park Ave, Park City, UT' and the town lift at '800 Park Ave.') Truly, the BEST OF ALL WORLDS.

You won't find a quieter condo in Park City! The Master Suite is beautifully furnished, with an extremely comfortable KING-size bed, TV with cable, mt./town views and full, tiled, private bath. The second BR has 2 TWINS (can effectively be CONVERTED TO A KING for a small fee) with cable LCD TV, mt./town views and its own adjoining, full, tiled bath. Our towels are big, soft and plentiful.

Relax in the living area with a wood burning fireplace (wood and starter provided), plush furnishings, cable TV/DVD/VCR, wireless internet access and mt./town views. (One sofa converts to queen-size bed.) Enjoy meals and/or game playing in the dining area. The kitchen is very well equipped. Granite counter tops throughout.

Review
Location was fantastic. No need for a car. Left skis at town lift for $10 a night. Outdoor hot tub was wonderful. Twin beds could use better mattresses but qas for kids so ok, the master was superb. Very clean, i check the nooks and they did a great job. Hosts were on top of communication. Will come back next season!

We had a great time in Park City. And this location made it that much better. As the description says the location cannot be beat. It is right on Main St and a short walk to everything. Tuck was very responsive to any questions we had and helpful when we needed something. Would stay here again.

We came to PC for a ski trip. Two blocks from the Town Lift (Park City) and there is a ski valet there. About 5 blocks to the bus transportation center where the free bus takes you to Deer Valley 10 min. Drivers very helpful. Ski valet at Deer Valley too. Condo close to many shops and restaurants. Lots of Uber but a little expensive Condo very comfortable and everything worked well. No issue with hot water. Beds were fine. Granite countertops. Well furnished kitchen, and with many condiments. Interior design a little dated but it did not diminish our enjoyment. Would stay here again.

Amazing views in Park city
The condo was clean, modern, spacious and well stocked with memorable views of Park City, Skiers Bridge, and Town Lift and of course the mountain. It is conveniently located to all the restaurants on Main Street if you don't mind a short walk, maybe a 1/4 of a mile. The free bus runs frequently just steps away from the front door of the building. My only negative would be, I wished it had an assigned parking space, but that would not stop me from renting this condo again. There was parking, with a few spaces reserved for Park Station renters inside a garage and the majority outside. These spaces inside and out were all first come first served. The parking lot and garage were shared with another building Towne Pointe, who had the majority of the parking reserved for them. But like I said, this would not stop me from renting here again.

Great Location - Great View
My first time of staying in town when vacationing in Park City. Perfect for myself and my non-skiing wife. Access to skiing is convenient whether using the Town Lift or the Park City shuttle. This apartment has everything for dining in. Elevator access. A very nice living space. A few minutes walk to great restaurants.

Condo building is fairly convenient to city (walking distance -- although you CANNOT ski back there) and nearby Park City lifts. However, the building is character-less; reminded our family of a college dorm or worse. The laundry is down the hall and coin-operated, not in the condo itself. Didn't love it, but it's functional. And close for walking to Park City restaurants and shops.

Incredible location, 1min walk to main street & town lift chair. Apartment was clean with ample towels and easily accessible via code. Owners were very responsive and gave a lot of directions/instructions. For the price great find! Only negatives are to be expected at this price point probably: the beds were not the most comfortable, the hot water for showers would quickly run out, and the heating system would sometimes fail. However, the owner provided plenty of warm blankets to counteract. I would rent again and recommend strongly.

Perfect location for slope access and fun
This is our 4th trip to Park City and have tried several locations, some close to the base, some in between Main Street and the base. This location is the perfect combination of both. It is located within a block of the town lift, and walking distance to the restaurants and shops on Main Street. Tuck has provided all the basics and more for a very comfortable stay. Kitchen is fully equipped including coffee filters, spices, and baggies. Nightlights in the bathrooms, special towels for the pool/hot tub. Everything you could think of. Beds are very comfortable with nice bedding and pillows. Even a little balcony to enjoy a view of the town and slopes. There were even some great hints in the welcome book on the counter such as that you can bring your own wine to restaurants and just pay a minimal corkage fee. Saved us tons of money. Although we didn't use it there is a fireplace complete with logs. We are already planning our next visit here and would highly recommend staying at Park Station at one of Tuck's properties.

what a great location!
The pictures on the website do not tell the entire story about the fantastic location of this property. You are literally one street over from the town lift (as well as the beginning of Main Street). Very convenient. You can get there easily by car, by bus and we even twice walked to the Fresh Market grocery store, which is an easy 15 minute walk down Park Avenue. The unit itself had everything we needed and Tuck was there to help us when we arrived. Overall a great experience.

Great place in a great location!
The room was very comfortable and modern enough. Kitchen was well equipped which we used to cook a couple meals. Everything worked well. The beds were comfortable with nice pillows and enough bedding to accommodate the various needs of my generally chilly family. Fireplace came with wood which was a nice touch. Bathrooms were fine, albeit a bit small. But I didn't expect anything more. The location was awesome! A short half block walk to the town lift. This was a closer spot to stay than at the resort base. And the main street of Park City starts at that point. The proprietor, Tuck, was very accommodating and helpful. Responded to me within 20 minutes on Xmas day, our travel day. Left his cell which we only called once, and he answered right away. Very attentive! This was a really comfortable and great place to stay. We will head back here again!
