Experience year-round splendor at Park City Fairway View, nestled in serene Park Meadows. Just 10 minutes from summer adventures and winter wonders in Park City, including ski resorts, shopping, and dining.

The townhome was recently remodeled to include many fantastic touches and amenities. It offers two levels of living space within 2,500 square feet, three bedrooms, three bathrooms — all to sleep up to eight guests in true comfort.

You can enter the property either through main level front door, or via the garage and mudroom walkway that takes you to the upper level. The main level boasts an open and airy great room holding the living room, dining area and kitchen. This gorgeous space is complete with sliding glass doors and windows along the entire back wall that overlooks the Park Meadows golf course brings in the spectacular mountain views.

Living Room: This room features contemporary furnishings, a 65” Smart TV (with cable programming), warm fireplace, vaulted ceiling, and patio access allowing you to enjoy the amazing views.

Kitchen: The fully equipped, gourmet kitchen was completely remodeled to include new stainless-steel appliances, sprawling stone countertops, and opens to the kitchen bar with seating for four.

Dining Room: The dining area is spacious and offers seating for eight. You can access the patio from this room, where you will enjoy a gas BBQ and a soothing, private hot tub.

Great location!
This home was wonderful, great location and was very cozy. We had a small issue when we checked in and the property manager had it fixed within 30 minutes. Beds were not very comfortable but that was the only thing we did not enjoy. Absolute great place for relaxing, enjoying the snow, heading to downtown, heading to the lifts and having great family time!

We literally got to the property 20 min early and we couldn’t get in. I feel like it needs to be a little flexible. Like within 30 min of check-in you should be able to get in rather than sitting outside waiting.

Heavenly house
The pictures listed online actually does no justice to the beauty of this house especially the backyard view which overlooks the golf course. Not to mention the beautiful jacuzzi which we could just relax in it and admire the lovely views while watching the golfers play too. We stayed here for 3nights and had a marvelous time. The white sheets in all rooms plus it's cleanliness was a super plus. The kitchen, dining area just spectacular. We had just 2 issues, one of them was the fireplace which will not come on through out our stay and the other issue was the check-in; upon our arrival, we entered the house and found lots of tools and opened boxes on kitchen cabinet which maintenance had left behind. I will think there was not enough communication between front desk/housekeeping/maintenance. However, Cody came by and helped us clean everything up. He even went an extra mile to go purchase a broom for us when he noticed we were missing one. In conclusion, we absolutely enjoyed our stay, it was our very first vacation with the triplets since they were born and we are so looking forward to return next year.

Nice scenery
This house was perfect for us and exactly what we were looking for. The backyard area overlooks a golf course with beautiful mountain view. The location is a short drive to all major attractions. The house was clean and everything was in working order. We’re glad we picked this house.
