My Powder Run condominium has recently been remodeled. The well appointed interior has been updated with granite countertops and a gourmet kitchen. The condo is spacious with 1500 square feet of living space. I have a large, south-facing deck with a private hot tub and great views of Deer Valley's Olympic ski runs. Relax in the large great room around the beautiful stone wood and gas burning fireplace. Powder Run #B13 accommodates guests with two king master suites with jetted tubs and HD flat screen TVs in both bedrooms.

The condo is located in Building B about 50 yards from Snow Park Lodge at the Deer Valley Ski Resort.

Great location; Fell short on details
Terrific location just two doors down from the St. Regis. Literally walk across the street to the Deer Valley Resort lift. The outside of the property was very nice. Prior to our arrival we were given access codes to get into the building. Unfortunately, the codes didn’t work and we later learned had expired 3 weeks prior. Thus, within our first few minutes of arriving we were already having to call maintenance to let us in - not a great first impression. Maintenance didn't even have all of the correct codes which was a bit frustrating. As well, after a long day of skiing we simply wanted to turn on the tv to get the news. Apparently the prior guests had used the BlueRay player and hadn’t switched the cords back. This led us to having us reach out to the owner to rectify. It would have been helpful to have a welcome letter/instruction guide on how to resolve such issues including what to do with trash, tv, local bus, trolley schedules (our 3rd time in Park City but first at Deer Valley Resort and a reminder would have been helpful). For a stay with 5 people for six nights it would have been helpful to have access to more than just two tiny bottles of shampoo, more than one roll of paper towels and the ability to use a broom and dust pan. It felt as though there wasn’t any checks and balances for the unit as we found several lightbulbs out, old screws laying around, toilets that were difficult to flush and broken/cracked outlets which just didn’t seem safe/up to code.

Lovely property right on the mountain
Fantastic place to stay for DV skiing. Just an 8 minute walk (in boots!) to the lift. The apartment was clean and huge. The property fell short of excellent in a few ways for example not including fire starters or kindling or the cumbersome way to remove the jacuzzi cover. Overall great stay and would recommend.

Great Location
We had a wonderful family visit to Deer Valley and would rent this condo again in a heartbeat. The location cannot be beat as the walk to the lodge is shorter than many of the premium parking spots (we did it comfortably in ski boots) and the buses into town are easily accessible. The owner was very generous and helpful in dealing with some scheduling challenges which really helped us out and was much appreciated..

Loved Our Stay!
We loved our stay at Deanna's property! The condo is spacious and open with two king suites. The location is fantastic - right in the heart of lower Deer Valley at the base of Snow Park. Such a beautiful summer setting that offers easy access to hiking, enjoying Deer Valley Lake, taking the free 5 minute bus ride to Main Street, Deer Valley concerts, and much more. Deanna was always responsive and helpful. Maintenance is excellent as well. We would definitely return!

Long Weekend Ski Vacation
My two teenage daughters and I had a wonderful stay. This was a perfect location for a quick ski trip as it is walking distance to the lifts. The place is clean and roomy and the hot tub was a pleasure after a long day of skiing!

This was a nice place to stay after a day of skiing. 5 minute walk to deer valley lodge and lift. Comfy beds and great water pressure. Could use more light but overall we really enjoyed our stay. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Would stay again for sure.

Nice unit in park city
This is a nice unit with lots of room for vacationing. All the necessities from the kitchen to bathrooms. The unit doesn’t have air conditioning though. The bed heights are just that so climbing in need a step stool. Otherwise close to the lift for mountain biking or skiing.

We stayed for the week of spring break and it was wonderful! The location is beyond ideal for skiing. We have 3 kids and the guest room with the extra bed was perfect. The owner was very responsive and was great to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

First ski trip for kids
The property was extremely convenient, clean, and well setup for us. The owner provided advanced relevant information to access, codes, instructions, and contact for manager. We used a local grocery delivery service which allowed for an added convenience. Ski slopes were a 5 minute daily walk to ski school for the kids, which was a good introduction. The local public free transportation also has a route that passes with 2 stop within a few hundred feet from the condo. The hot tub was clean and in excellent working condition. Appliances were up to date and were very nice. No issues with anything to speak of. We would definitely recommend for a family of 4 to have a comfortable stay.

Amazing Location
Staying at the Powder Run condos was by far the best decision we made. If you have kids in ski school, this location is a no brainer. You are literally 500 steps away from where the kids are dropped off. The property is clean and comfortable, the owner is very responsive, and the location is perfect. We will be staying here again.

Cozy place in a great location!
Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay at Deanna’s condo. The place is very spacious with 2 master suites and the living area was comfortable and cozy. Used the spa everyday after skiing which was great. The location can’t be beat if you have kids in ski school, even my six year old could easily make the short walk carrying his skis. Complex was quiet even though it was MLK weekend. The manager was responsive when we asked for a new humidifier since one was broken, and they also accommodated our later checkout by letting us store our luggage in the private ski locker. Would definitely stay again! My only suggestion would be some new nonstick pans in the kitchen since the current ones are peeling. The units kitchen is updated and everything worked well. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Awesome spot, just as billed
We loved this condo. Functional and the perfect location for Deer Valley skiing. You can see the miserable traffic right outside the window every night. Was great for a family of four that wanted to start and end skiing at different times. Easy to drive into Park City for dinner or have delivery.
