Hire better maids
Over all the room was fine except, no pots and pans to cook, found hair in the tub and on tile. Found a spider in the bathroom ha ging out. I also found the window was not closed all the way tight is probably the reason the spider was in the room.

Easy check in, stayed for 2 nights. 1st night no hot water in the shower. When I called to the front desk I was told they would call back because it was busy. Never received a call. Next day hot water was working. I could hear so much going on upstairs. Other than that the stay was fine.

I'm a healthcare traveler. I have used this place before during covid. I have returned on another contract and needed to extend. One additional night during this stay. Manuel, who was working the front desk on Friday, November 1, worked with me diligently to secure the room and even walked me up to the room to make sure it was ready and to my liking. He went above and beyond customer service, extremely friendly and very efficient.

I liked the place as it is quiet and accessible. The hotwater in the shower did not work too well and the breakfast is not really breakfast but mainly coffee and tee and cereal pouches. Still, I like the service and they were really nice to us.

The entire building smelled unpleasant, not sure if that’s just a new Jersey thing. The water temperature dropped on us two out of the four nights we stayed, we only showered once per day.

Room and hotel condition are in average-poor condition compared to photos shown. Grab and go breakfast, basic amenities, outdated and dingy. Would choose other hotel alternatives for the same cost.
