The hotel is gorgeous and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. We stayed at Amari for our honeymoon and the Amari team went above and beyond for us. The breakfast in the morning is absolutely delicious! The location is perfect to walk to the beach, Bangla road and other bars and restaurants. The only negative is that the hotel is not the easiest to walk around due to steep hills but if you call reception they will send a buggy to transfer you around the complex. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great and unique hotel. Staff super friendly. Amazing amenities. Great food. Wonderful breakfast and pool area. Spa also fantastic. The only downside is the traffic around the area and some rooms are very far from the lobby so you need to either walk up the hill or they also offer van service which is not always available.

We stayed at Amari for 3 nights The room service was good and also cleaned the rooms. But they had some kind of wierd smell in the room as maybe they are closed for long time We had food buffet at restaurant was so spicy we could not eat beyond starter salad Also we saw other tourists who had wheelchair they were struggling to get to 2nd floor with four people lifting the chair and was not wheelchair accessible so when booking have to check this.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Amari Phuket, and I can confidently say it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is perfectly situated—close enough to walk to local attractions, yet far enough away to feel like a peaceful retreat. The stunning views and serene atmosphere made it easy to unwind. The staff at Amari Phuket truly made my stay memorable. They were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Their commitment to excellent service really stood out. Amazing holiday had a superior sea front balcony king and by far best room on site. That close to the seas the waves would splat the balcony dont get the posher rooms as they are at top of hill and a car ride up from lobby Go to A for your cocktails at poolside bar
