The condo was clean..comfortable..relaxing...and a great location.It ended up being cold while we were there, so we weren't able to take advantage of the pier or pool. Next time! It was nice to have so much space to spread out and relax...great location on Pensacola Beach. My only complaint..there was a group partying next door...until around 2 a.m. .thin walls.

Beach anniversary
Check in process was very easy and we were a late arrival. Location of property is perfect. Cute beach decor in the home. Property is quiet and easy to get to beach or the sound. We caught a flounder right off the pier on the property :)

Great Location, Could Have Been Cleaner
Pros:
Great location, directly across from beach access & nice view of the inter coastal.
About 30 minutes from NAS Pensacola
Living room furniture comfortable
Nice pool area
Ample parking
Property management office gave us a beach bag filled with snacks when we checked in.
Called us to let us know the property was ready & we could check in early (around 2 instead of 5:00)
Cons:
Bathtubs/showers need to be cleaned better
Dirty dishes were put away (dishwasher wasn’t finished running & pod was partially dissolved but still in closed compartment in dishwasher door)
Beds a little hard, mattress pads need washed, pillow sham in master stained or dirty, sleeping pillows gross (we brought our own thank goodness)
AC doesn’t cool as well upstairs where the bedrooms are. We closed the downstairs vents at night to help cool the upstairs better.
Kitchen rug was full of sand
Not a lot of kitchen cookware. The skillets were small & not non-stick. We bought a large one & better spatula to use during our stay.
Took nearly two days to get a blanket for the sofa sleeper. Had to call several times over two days & was put on hold for 20 minutes the first time I called. New coverlet was delivered before the second night of our stay.
Make sure you get the pool key fob. You need it to get in & out of the pool. We had to go back to the property management office to pick it up (only 2-3 miles away) they didn’t give it to us when we checked in.
We didn’t mind, but we definitely got a workout carrying our luggage & groceries up the stairs. No elevator.
Something else nice to know is there isn’t any grocery stores on the island. There is a toll booth, but you don’t stop, it gets a picture of your vehicle tag & sends you a bill. We haven’t got ours yet, so I’m not sure what the cost is. I believe if you request it well in advance you can get a pass so that the toll is cheaper (I think it takes like a month).
All in all we really did like this unit, but it is a little dated & could use a little TLC & a thorough cleaning. We did enjoy our stay & would come back again. Our son is a Marine & it took us a little over 30 minutes to get to the base. We would recommend it for other military families or others visiting the beach.
Like the name says, it was a cheerful place. It has a great view of the Bay and we enjoyed seeing the boats going by. For the money it is a nice place to stay. It is walking distance to Peg Leg Pete's. Love Pensacola Beach.
